Welcome to Decor Haus! This newly renovated, modern 3/2 features all the designer flair you can ask for. Amenities of the home include a full kitchen, king beds, full size washer/dryer exclusively for guest use, outdoor seating area w/ fire-pit and grill, Amazon Alexa int the kitchen, Roku TVs in the living room and each bedroom, and more!

Inside the spacious, professionally decorated home, you'll find an ample living room with plenty of seating. The flat screen TV is outfitted with a Roku, so all your favorite apps for TV, music, and gaming are available during your stay. Also in the main living area is a full kitchen with all new appliances. The kitchen also features a breakfast nook and island counter seating, making this the perfect place for brunch with the family!

In addition, you will find three large bedrooms, all with king beds! The primary suite features an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, while the other two bedrooms share the large hall bath. Each bedroom is outfitted with its own TV, as well as chic designer linens and plenty of modern flair! Guests will also have access to the laundry room, with full size machines exclusively for their use.

Outside is a xeriscape seating area with a fire-pit and grill, perfect for s'mores under the stars! The location and amenities of this home can't be beat. You won't want to miss the chance to experience Decor Haus!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

A Welcoming Home

This was the perfect home for a friend's weekend. The main area was bright, offered many seating areas and the kitchen had everything we needed! We especially enjoyed the outdoor patin the cooler evenings watching the sun set and the stars come out. We would recommend this property to our friends.

Beautiful weekend spent with my adult daughter! We absolutely loved the home! It was clean, well maintained with everything that we needed to create the perfect weekend. So close to downtown shopping while being located in a very quiet neighborhood. Beds were extremely comfy! We will definitely be back!

This is the second time I've stayed at the Decor Haus. This time there were 6 in our group and the home was perfect. Everyone loved the home and wants to definitely stay here again. Very comfortable for 6 people. Beds were comfortable and the living area had plenty of room to hang out. Not far from town in a very quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to stay here again.

We loved the Christmas decorations!3 bedrooms were all comfortable. The bed in the master room is soft but we still slept well.We really liked the open common areas. Setup for watching TV was great, which was important for us on a college football weekend.Quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed a morning walk every day and even saw deer. Just a 2 minute drive to Main Street and about 20 minutes from wineries, Luckenbach, etc. We did not cook but kitchen looked like it was equipped for most cooking needs. Plenty of glassware. We could not have a fire due to a burn ban but the outdoor area is nice and we enjoyed sitting out there. Host was easy to contact and when we thought we had a maintenance issue on a Sunday they were ready to send someone out. We have always had good experiences with properties managed by Absolute Charm and would definitely stay at Decor Haus again.

Great trip

The house was clean and nice. Air conditioning not working like it should. The master bedroom was warm and had to use extra fan that was available. So we switched to extra bedroom the last night and had to use fan again. Hopefully it will be fixed before any new guests arrive.

Stayed at the Decor Haus March 15-17, 2024 and our stay couldn't have been better. I brought friends for their first ever trip to Fredericksburg and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and relaxing home to stay in. Everything about the home was perfect. Superb! Fantastic for a girls getaway!

A few friends and I booked this house as a getaway for my 40th birthday and a retreat before the craziness of spring sports. The house was clean, well-stocked and absolutely perfect. We sat on the back patio and had morning coffee and there was plenty of couch space for afternoon book reading or lounging. It was also a great space to drink wine together after dinner. SO close to town but far enough away to not hear the noise! We would recommend this house and will look for it to book again!

Great place!

We had a very good stay! Check in was a breeze, and the house was ready for us. We couldn’t find the grill/fire pit in the backyard when we arrived. I contacted the after hours number. A lady answered right away. It had been put up in the garage (due to a prior burn ban), but maintenance was there in a timely manner to get it out for us. We used it to grill on, and it turned out great. The house was cozy and clean. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Wedding weekend

The house itself was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Property was clean . Kitchen living room was open and comfortable. However the beds were a little on the hard side and the bedrooms did not stay cool as the rest of the house. We had issues with the door lock and the only response we had was they would contact maintenance and we never heard anything else from them.
