Amazing house in a fabulous location

The house is superb. Spacious, clean, well equipped. Great outdoor space too with a decent sized pool, quality sun loungers, a table and chairs for Al fresco dining. Property also has a bbq and good stock of pool toys which can be used by the guests. Bedrooms all have individual aircon units, double beds and shutters. Kitchen is equally well equipped. Location of the house is ideal for those who want everything in walking distance- beach, sea, restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, etc. House has a car port with remote operated sliding gate. Seville is just over an hours drive away, Cadiz around 20mins with Jerez 45mins and Puerto de Santa Maria 20mins also. We flew into Gibraltar which is roughly 1h 20mins away. We had a couple of very minor issues which were quickly resolved by Thomas and his team. 10/10 easily. Would definitely return if we’re permitted to do so! Highly recommended

Well equipped large villa

The villa is very well equipped in terms of kitchen and washing facilities. Loved the ice maker! The master bedroom is huge and on the first floor with a large bathroom and balcony. The other 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The a/c is excellent and in all bedrooms and the living area. Beds were very firm but comfortable. The villa is on the corner of two roads, a short walk from the beautiful Barossa beach. The best restaurants are a 20-25 minute walk away but there are other places to eat and drink 10 minutes away. There is a breeze as it is the Atlantic coast but that is welcome when very hot. There are bikes at the villa and plenty of tracks to use them on. Cadiz is a 45 min drive away and we’ll worth a visit. A folder with information/map/recommendations of local facilities would have helped us settle into our holiday quicker. Only disappointment was the pool as debris from the tree was falling in but the filter was not on and the net needed repair. This could easily be sorted though.

Hello Elisabeth, I am sory, to hear that you had problems with the pool lights. THe system is LED, it has multiple colours and one light, one colours was nocht working. I am realy sorry for that. our serviceteam has recognized it end of Juli, but what to do? To repair it, means to empty the pool half. It it reayl worth doing it. Andalucia has big problems with sweet water. So we decided not to empty the pool and leave it till end of the season. Than we have to do more maintenance work at the pool, to get prepared for next year. again, I am sorry, for this inconvenience, but I hope you can understadn also our point. thanks for staying with us. Férias de praia com família e amigos

A casa dispõe de todo o equipamento e comodidades necessárias para proporcionar ótimos dias de férias . A localização é excelente ! Praia , restaurantes , bares e supermercado ficam a uma distância de 5 minutos a pé .

Sehr schönes Haus, top Ausstattung!

Wir sind freundlich von der Hausverwalterin empfangen worden, welche auch jederzeit für Fragen zum Objekt per WhatsApp verfügbar war. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und hat eine tolle Ausstattung, welche keine weiteren Wünsche übrig lässt. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und hat allen gut gefallen.

Buena estancia pero propietario conflictivo

Una vez terminadas las vacaciones (ya en mi domicilio), el propietario nos exige una barbaridad de dinero por llevar 5 niños (1 bebé, 3 niños menores de 2 años y 1 niña menor de 5 años). Según él, por el exceso de consumo que habían producido éstos (los niños de estas edades en la mayoría de alojamientos pagan nada). Cuando: - En el propio anuncio de reserva especificaba que se admitían niños. - Su gerente tenía constancia (desde antes de iniciar las vacaciones) de que iban a ir niños, porque le solicitamos un parque cuna y en ningún momento se nos dijo nada de sobrecoste. - Éramos 8 adultos y 5 niños (recuento realizado por su gerente) y no el número de personas que comenta el propietario. - En la semana de alojamiento, todos los días nos hemos ido durante todo el día a la playa, incluso a otras localidades cercanas (Caños de Meca, El Palmar, Zahara de los Atunes...) por lo que no hemos estado apenas en el chalet. - Nada más entrar a la vivienda nos encontramos con el agua de la piscina en mal estado. Tuvimos que llamar al chico de mantenimiento hasta en dos ocasiones, para echarle un líquido y durante más de 24 horas no poder hacer disfrute de la misma. Es más, dicha persona accedió a la vivienda sin llamar previamente, algo que es ilegal. - Había mucha suciedad detrás de los sofás y en los rincones de las habitaciones. - La casa olía exageradamente a tuberías. - Al no preveer de mosquiteras, a dos de los inquilinos le picarón los mosquitos, hasta el punto de tener que ir al médico por ello. - La barbacoa estaba muy sucia y tuvimos que ser nosotros quien la tuvimos que limpiar para poder hacernos de comer. - Cepillamos hasta en dos ocasiones el jardín, porque estaba inaccesible. - En el aparcamiento solo pudimos meter un vehículo, porque habían baldosas rotas (por los inquilinos anteriores). - Incluso su gerente nos comentó, que los anteriores inquilinos habían realizado más gasto de gas butano que nosotros, ya que a mitad de semana tuvo que reponerlo, mientras que nosotros con una bombona de gas butano tuvimos de sobra para toda la semana. - Nosotros antes del checkout lo dejamos todo limpio y antes de salir de la vivienda le dijimos a su gerente que revisará todo para que viera que todo estaba en el mismo o en mejor estado que nos lo encontramos. No salimos de la casa hasta que su gerente le echó un vistazo a todo. - Nosotros en todo momento creemos que nos hemos comportado de forma correcta tanto con el propietario, como con su propiedad.

we have been totaly surprised, instead of 8 guests, we found by checking out, 15, 8 adults, plus kids. one baby and other kids between 3 and 10 years. the house totaly overloaded. The comment of Andres and his vision must been after his leaving. we found the house totlay dirty, the pool was full of suncreme at the surface. we needed special threatment to get it back to propper work. also the cleaning of the house was extraodenary. the client mentioned, he did this before and no rentor cared. only adults are counting. I told him, if I would have been aware of this many people, I would not have rented it to him. my house is used by us, we have very good and modern furniture, high end TV. we want to rent it to people, who want to have a nice comfortable stay, sleep in theire own bed, not a summercamp. I am realy sorry, I have not had this experience before.

Se trata de una casa muy agradable Y espaciosa con todas las comodidades. Está a cinco minutos andando de la playa de La Barrida, que es preciosa y tiene numerosos chiringuitos y restaurantes para disfrutar de buenos días de vacaciones.
