From the private gated entry, a lane of shade trees and gentle walkways curve alongside the championship golf course to reach this neighborhood of 84 attached residences.

The Del Mar Condominiums feature a striking contrast between Mediterranean architectural design and the delicate landscape that characterizes this community. Beautifully designed with comfort in mind, there is plenty of space for a mid-size group to spread out and enjoy their Costa Rica home away from home.
