Spacious (75sqm), high quality equipped and quiet design apartment in Berlin Charlottenburg for up to 5 people. Excellent location, diverse offers in the neighborhood and very good transport links as well as its own parking lot.

10 minutes by foot to the Messe Berlin or 3 bus stops and 15 minutes by underground to the zoo in the City West.

The living room

It is a 75sqm apartment with a very good layout. The apartment is very quiet and yet directly integrated into a lively neighborhood. The southern exposure makes it pleasantly bright and friendly.

The apartment is consistently of high quality with beautiful real wood parquet flooring, stucco-lustro wall surfaces and design lighting systems. I placed great value on sustainable materials for a natural living atmosphere - you will experience an excellent indoor climate in the apartment and will be able to sleep very well.

The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for eating and cooking. Here you can dine with up to five people without any problems.

The living room is over 20sqm and offers another dining table for 4 people, a pull-out couch for 2 people, a home theater system with HDTV, Blu-Ray, 5.1 surround and hard disk receiver. Pay TV is also activated for you.

In the living room and in the kitchen you can work well and undisturbed in a quiet atmosphere.

In the bedroom you will find a 180x200 box spring bed with luxurious bed linen and another HD TV. The windows can be completely darkened for sleeping.

High-speed WiFi, towels and bed linen are of course included.

Stove, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher are all available and freely available for you.

Access for guests

The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. If you have any questions or comments, I am available directly because they are nearby. This makes check-in very easy and uncomplicated. Anyone arriving at night will receive the code for a key container and can enter the apartment independently.

Other important information

We only used ecological colors and building materials in the apartment. All walls were plastered with elaborate techniques (especially with clay plaster, the most natural there is). Therefore, you can look forward to a great and allergy-friendly climate.

A Wonderful Stay in Westend

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful stay in this smartly decorated, very comfortable apartment. It is situated in a great neighborhood with shops, restaurants, bakeries and more. Just a very short walk from the apartment door is the station for the U-bahn which is very easy to use as it sets you off towards all the things to do in the city. Marco was very easy to work with and always answered emails. A two week stay was not enough to enjoy this fun apartment and the sights of Berlin..so we will be back!

Marco's apartment is spacious and well-appointed. It presents exactly as described. I enjoyed my visit to Berlin and was pleased with the West City location. While the apartment is centrally located between U-Bahn Neu-Westend and U-Bahn Theodor-Heuss Platz, what is not described in the listing is the fact that the trains run below the ground-level apartment every 5-10 minutes for 24 hours. If you are a moderate to light sleeper, expect to hear the trains all night long.

Our family of 5 (all adults) stayed at Marco's rental over Christmas 12/22/18 - 12/26/18. The rental was quiet, clean and freshly remodeled. Everything worked great including the TV, Cable and WIFI. It was great to come back to rental after long day of walking Berlin and relax as a family watching Netflix movies. One of the greatest featured included with the rental price was gated private off street parking! For sleeping the rental included queen bed and full size pull out bed in the bedroom and a pullout bed with two twins in the room off kitchen. For my wife and I and 3 adult boys the rental was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Marco was responsive and accessible if help is needed. We would stay again!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung liegt in einem gehobenen Stadtteil. Uns war ein Parkplatz für das Auto wichtig. Anbindung zur U-Bahn U2 war fußläufig in 6 Minuten erreichbar (Theodor-Heuss-Platz). Von der S-Bahn-Station Heerstraße ist die Wohnung auch nicht weit entfernt und es liegt direkt ein Edeka auf dem Weg. Die U-Bahn läuft unter der Wohnung entlang. Eine solche Information hätte ich mir in der Beschreibung gewünscht. War aber letztendlich kein Problem für uns. Schlimmer war die Baustelle direkt über der Wohnung, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, wenn morgens um halb neun schon der Presslufthammer geht, aber auch hier hätte mir vorher eine Information gewünscht, da sogar von der Decke in der Dusche Putzstücke abgeplatzt sind. Den Parkplatz konnten wir aufgrund einer Entleerung des Dachgeschosses am Abreisetag auch nicht nutzen. Wir hatten ein wenig Pech in der Woche, aber eine bessere Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. eine Entschädigung hätten wir uns schon gewünscht.

Sehr zufrieden

Bis auf das fehlende 2. Schlafzimmer (in der Beschreibung etwas unglücklich angegeben) waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Tolle Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Wünschenswert Allergiker geeignete Bettdecke und Kissen. Wir werden gerne wieder zurück kommen.

Fun in Berlin

Nice place just as advertised. My wife, myself and our 2 teenagers fit perfectly in this apartment. Very secure with 2 locking doors and the area is very safe. Easy walk to transportation. Would stay here again if I ever get back to Berlin.

Sehr tolle Wohnung an guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt etwas ausserhalb der Stadtmitte in einem sehr angenehmen Quartier. Ganz in der Nähe hat es 2 Lebensmittelläden und eine super Buchhandlung. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig, modern eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Und sie liegt nur 5 Min. von der U-Bahn entfernt. Falls wir wieder mal nach Berlin kommen, werden wir sehr gerne wieder dort absteigen.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Sauber, modern eingerichtet, sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Es ist eine Souterain-Wohnung, über den Hof zu erreichen, dadurch sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, auch das Viertel ist perfekt. Ruhig, alles vor Ort (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Apotheke), U-Bahn in wenigen Geh-Minuten erreichbar.

Wohnung in sehr gute Lage und sehr gut angebunden, Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet

Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss und ist über einen Hintereingang mit eigenem Eingang zugänglich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt allerdings nicht über zwei separate Schlafzimmer, sondern über ein Schlafzimmer und ein großzügig geschnittenes Wohnzimmer, in dem eine Schlafcouch die zusätzliche Schlafmoglichkeit bietet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Restaurants, Supermärkte und die U-Bahn befinden sich in gut erreichbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
