We had a great stay at this home! The host was very responsive. We were a little bummed about the grill not being there but it was no biggie and the kiddos had a great time. Was close to town so we can get stuff for the house. I really enjoyed the guestbook and booklet the host has made to know "what in the area" and all that. Overall my family amd I had a great time at this home.

Country life

Very pleasant and quiet. The house had 99.9% of appliances that were needed for cooking. If you don't need an air fryer or food processor then you're good to go. I would encourage a lil walk to take in the freah air. Perfect little get away.

Easter family weekend

We enjoyed this property very much; it was the perfect fit for our family! Spacious, larger size rooms with plenty room to relax. AllOf our needs were met. The location was quiet, and restful… a 45 min. Drive to downtown Nashville. The entire process was very smooth! Looking forward to our next stay-

Strawberry Festival

2nd time to rent at this nice, quiet comfortable home. We enjoyed the quiet area and short drive into Portland for the awesome strawberry festival. Coffee bar was a plus.

Annual getaway

House was spacious, very clean, and located on very quiet street. There was plenty of room for our grandsons to play outside. Beds were incredibly comfortable, and bathrooms were roomy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful retreat

Great place of respite while visiting with family friend battling breast cancer and taking the pre-teen & teen for family fun before back-to-school. Neighborhood was quiet and home was comfortable.

Quite neighbors, great experience! Only thing I could say negativity they say towels are provided. They have bath towels, 2 hand towel for bathrooms. There was no washcloths or dish/hand towels. They did have a sponge for dishes. Had a great time!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. I do wish there had been cleaning supplies for general kitchen cleanup and a sponge for dishes. Dishwasher was not fantastic and left utensils dirty. Everything else was great and the layout was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids, except for the dining situation as the table only seats 4. Neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We would stay again in the future.

AWESOME!

The home is everything that the photos show! Yard is great to play catch and throw a football. Location was awesome for things to do from Nashville to Kentucky. Wish the weather would have been warmer, but we made the best of it with even a movie day at home! Have already shared the home with a friend who was looking for location to stay. The price amazing and the owner was very responsive!

This home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change would be to add more furniture and a larger dining table to accommodate a family better.

Family Time in Portland

We were in Portland because my daughter lives there and she was adopting her foster son. In previous visits we had stayed in a hotel, but this was SO much better. The house had a lot of space for 2 toddlers to play, 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and had just about everything we needed. I have never had 5 days go by so fast. We will definitely stay here again if it is available!

1980’s High School friends getaway

The location is perfect. Country setting but close to restaurants and grocery stores. The interior of the home is beautiful and relaxing and the exterior is very welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked. My friends and I had a wonderful time. Will definitely rent again.

Quiet and Cozy

There are neighbors but it’s still quiet. Did not care for the toilet paper at all. I recommend to bring your own. Also, bring your own bath rags or sponge. We had a very fun trip. Enjoyed eating at Hard Rock and attending Big Bash!
