For shared use: swimming pool (above ground) indoor pool heated (seasonal availability: 01.Mar. and 31.Oct.). Tennis. In the complex: fitness room. Parking at the house. Shop 8 km, grocery 1.6 km, supermarket 1.6 km, bus stop "Penvale" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Truro Catherdral 8 km, Royal Cornwall Museum 8 km, Trelissick Garden 8 km, Tregothnan 10 km.
