Welcome to 2 State Rd, downtown Rehoboth Beach.
OVERVIEW: Pet-friendly elegant single-family home offers four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite and SMART TV. The ground level provides a bright and airy open concept with 10 ft tray ceilings, a dining area, comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, a large island perfect for gathering, a powder room, and laundry facilities. The main level bedroom with ensuite has direct access to the rear yard, an outdoor shower, and a private heated pool. Lovely and spacious screened-in porch with seating. It is the perfect spot for people-watching, having an evening drink, or your morning coffee. Gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, five-burner stovetop, and well-stocked for all home chefs to enjoy. The top level provides three additional bedrooms, all with ensuites. We are not done! Need more room for the kiddos to hang out or a fun family game night? Head down to the basement with 6-foot ceilings for a great open space with seating. A TV, game table, bar, and foosball are available to guests. It is a great area to hang out and enjoy the family.
LOCATION: 2 State Rd is just 1/2 block to Rehoboth Ave and just a quick 15-minute walk/6 blocks to our famous boardwalk and beach. Five-star restaurants and tax-free boutique shops are right around the corner. Only 2 miles to the first of three sets of tax-free Tanger Outlets. Take a walk or bike on the new four-mile Rehoboth-Lewes bike path or enjoy part of the day at Tot Lot Community Park.
AMENITIES: Private pool 10x15, gas grill, outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, recreational room (basement), washer & dryer, and central AC.
PARKING: Private driveway for three cars.
THINGS TO KNOW: The pool will be open from 05/01 to 10/31st. One dog is permitted with a pet fee. No smoking and linens are not provided; however, a linen rental package is available. The pool will not be heated during prime summer (Mem Day-Labor Day). There is an additional fee to heat the pool in the off-season. City parking permits are available to purchase at the parking department if you need additional parking. Streaming services only; no cable. Park the car and enjoy a wonderful beach vacation!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Rehoboth Beach House

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful, well appointed home. The location is excellent. Although the set in a quiet neighborhood, it is just a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants, and even the beach is reachable by walking. We would absolutely consider returning again next year. The only improvement I can think of is that the remarkably well stocked kitchen could use some more pots and pans.

Perfect location

This place is great. It is new construction with extra features you would get from an older home. The location was just perfect. It is a nice walk to the beach but for us it is better than too much traffic and crowds near the beach. The pool is very small. it would be much better to just be a hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked but missing some items, banking pans, bread knifes, full set of measuring cups and spoons.. there are minor items but annoying to be missing them in a kitchen. The kitchen item also look like left overs from someone else and not of a new house. The beds are all very comfortable. The bathrooms a greats. The basement is not usable. The height is too low and we are 6 feet and taller family. Not even a 5'9" person would like that. Our main issue was the cleanliness. The floor had sand and small debris everywhere. The headboards were so dusty and under benches, furniture and behind nightstands were completely full of dust, dog hair and who knows what else. Surfaces were not very clean either. The kitchen hood is just grease and dust. The beds had sand between the comforters and the mattress pad. We ended up just cleaning everything ourselves instead of bothering to wait for the mgt to send someone. After we get all our stuff in the house and kids running around, it is not convenient nor comfortable to have people over. We definitely left the place cleaner than we received.

Fun time away with dear friends

The television was very difficult as there were no instructions on how to operate. That was the most frustrating part of our time away .... was happy when our tech friendly visitors arrived to navigate and operate the televisions thru out the house

Perfect Rehoboth Getaway

Absolutely loved everything about this house. It accommodated my family and friends perfectly. The location of this house is the best. So close to my favorite breakfast place and we got to enjoy walking around town, grabbing fries on the boardwalk, and eating fresh seafood at one of many oyster restaurants. Just pack your bags, the house is equipped with everything you need. This home is so beautiful and I can’t wait to come back !!!

Mid Week Getaway

We rented Mon-Fri as a last-minute getaway before school/college starts up again. Location and property were great - could easily have fit a much larger group. Property is very well outfitted and has a small pool in the backyard with plenty of shaded area.
