Country house 100 sqm. in Ysterni, newly built, from stone of Paros, Cycladic architecture, located approximately 70 meters from a beautiful, almost private beach. It is fully equipped and located in a quiet area.
For coming here you need a car. Ysterni, although the most beautiful place of Paros, has no local transportation. With the car you will be able to explore, every corner of the island, we could gladly provide you with more information on where to go and what to see.
The nearest beach is 5 minutes on foot from the house and in 10 minutes with the car you can visit some of the most amazing beaches of Paros, like Kalogeros, Golden Beach, Ampelas, Santa Maria and many more.
The house has a living room, loggia, 2 bedrooms (ground floor and basement), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer, second refrigerator, water cooler, dishwasher and washing machine), air conditioning, fireplace and BBQ. It has large terraces with pergolas, fantastic views to the sea and the island of Naxos with its lights twinkling at night.

Claudia was a five star guest. Extremely polite, communicative, took extra care of our house and left it in perfect condition. She was methodical to enjoy the best travel experience with her husband. The friendly dog was also very well behaved. We will be happy to have them in our house again.
