The Little Green House Cozy & Centrally Located Near the Riverwalk/Downtown

Beautifully renovated 3 bed 2 bath 1100 sq/ft home centrally located in Pueblo. Home has washer/dryer, full kitchen, nice backyard, and lots of parking area with an EV charger. Board games, books, and an original classic Nintendo are all available for your entertainment. The Little Green House is just 4 blocks off I25, and 12 blocks from the Riverwalk, Union Ave, and Memorial Hall. Pet friendly, kid friendly, and owners live on the same block so are usually available for any issues that may arise.

We are also just 3 blocks away from Parkview Hospital and 5 blocks from a fire station. You WILL hear sirens occasionally, as well as a flight for life helicopter landing at the hospital once in a while.

Home is equipped with keyless entry door locks and front and back doors.

House Rules:
-No smoking inside the house, please stay outside to smoke and use the provided ashtrays.
-No parties.
-6 Guests maximum.
-No third-party reservations-No booking on behalf of another person.
-All guests must submit a copy of their photo ID through messenger before check in.
-No candles, wax melters, incense, etc. allowed anywhere on the property.
-No hair dye, food dye, or clothing dye allowed on the property.
-Do not move or re-arrange any furniture. All furniture is permanently attached to the floor or wall and damage will occur if you attempt to move it.
-No early luggage drop off.
-Maximum 28 day stay
-Home is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the home at the front and back doors and in the back yard. They are always active, recording video and sound at all times 24/7.

The Little Green House is a Gem!

We stayed 5 nights and never needed to contact the host because the place literally had everything we needed. There is a lovely park within a reasonable walking distance. We enjoyed touring the Rosemount mansion that is within walking distance. Great place!

We had a great time with family at the Little Green House! From the welcome sign, snacks, water to the cleanliness of the house - all around great place to stay. The grill and back yard were great as well. Perfect choice for our needs.

Awesome family getaway

This was the cutest place! We had such a great stay. We were in town for our cousin’s wedding and couldn’t believe how amazing this house was. Not only was it super adorable but, they provided everything from phone chargers, extra blankets, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, games, books, dishwasher and detergent pods, to tea, coffee, honey sticks, & complementary snacks and water bottles. My favorite was the personalized welcome sign! So sweet! The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was so cozy. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place! :) It was so beautiful!

Peaceful gem amidst the Pueblo backdrop

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Little Green House! It is a quanit little gem in the heart of Pueblo. Easy access to I-25. Be sure to check out Gagliano's market for all foods Italian. Their lasagna, baked in the oven of the Little Green House, paired with garlic toast, salad, and wine, made for an exceptional evening, without having to search for a comparable restaurant. An added perk is that the owner lives within the block and was available if needed.

Great spot with helpful host

Absolutely great spot to stay not far off of the highway but far enough that you can't hear it. Owner/host was very helpful and lives nearby. It has a perfect outdoor spot out back that was great for hanging out and enjoying the weather.

Perfect Location and Adorable Property!

The Little Green House was perfect in every way! Right from the get go, communication was nearly immediate even though I was simply requesting to book. Communication continued right up until the point the house was ready for us earlier than they thought. As soon as we walked into the property I knew we could not have chosen a better home during our short stay in Pueblo. All the little details made the home extremely unique and fun. It was loaded with everything our family of 6 needed to serve meals. My two boys who are Mario addicts loved the original Nintendo! My teen girls played a few rounds of Kerplunk and Battleship. The air conditioning was on as soon as we walked in the door, which was an amazing touch because it was roasty while we were there. And we appreciated how close it was to the interstate, because it made our adventures so convenient! If we ever decide to stay in Pueblo again, this will be the first house I look for. Thank you for an amazing and comfortable week!
