Located just moments from restaurants, with the wharf and beach only a few minutes level stroll away, this address cannot be beaten. Sitting on the soaring Eighth floor of the iconic Manly National security building, this chic beach pad reveals stunning views over the ocean and the village, Manly, Queenscliff and Shelly Beach. It gives you views of the waves, sunrise and the sunset.

This sunlit, split level layout features a combined living and modern kitchen area opening to an undercover balcony taking in the coastal vista, while great views over Manly Oval, Manly Wharf and beyond to the city can be enjoyed from the bedroom. The bedroom comes with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite with a bath. The furnishings are all modern, to be highlighted that you can enjoy a smart TV with Netflix account to login, unlimited fast wifi internet, also a sofa bed that needs to be setup upon request.

The Modern kitchen includes a private dishwasher and Internal laundry facilities with an as new dual washer and dryer machine (both in one machine!) and also a shared secured parking - a two floor residential parking area with free spots for the residents.

The rooftop entertaining area further encapsulates the Manly Beach view with shared plunge pool and BBQ. The ground floor also features F45 and the popular Girdlers Cafe.

This is home and we let visitors and Manly lovers to stay in this place when it is available. We love living on the beach for all the activities - beach volleyball cross the road, swimming and snorkeling from manly to shelly beach, coastal run, coastal cycling, surfing, kite surfing and sunbathing and also enjoying delicious local foods nearby. This unit is a holiday destination 😊 So enjoy staying at this unique location with an amazing view and have fun easy commuting around as this is the heart of Manly!

You'll be able to see the sunrise on the ocean from the balcony and also straight from the bedroom - you have to just open your eyes about the sunrise and look downstairs.

There will be local parrots and cockatoos that will swing by on the balcony during the day. Also you may be able to spot some whales and dolphins in the ocean jumping.

Simply perfect

This was our first stay in Australia and we wanted somewhere that would give us a great feel for the place, easy access to Sydney as well as beaches and supermarkets and restaurants. This was the perfect choice. It is a 1 bedroom apartment on the 8th floor, overlooking Manly beach with wonderful views. comfortable and well equipped, its place at the heart of Manly meant that we did not need a car, with superb public transport taking us to Sydney in just 20 mins via the ferry which is just a few minutes away. Manly is a great base - not as imposing as Sydney but full of restaurants, shops and friendly people. WE would love to return.

Perfect spit

Fabulous location both for view and location so central to everything. It was really well equipped with everything you could need including loads of clothes storage, hanging space etc. which is often not the case in a rental. Communication was excellent throughout. We had a great time.

Manly at its best.

A small but very clean, neat and convenient apartment right in the heart of Manly with on-site parking. We very much enjoyed our stay during eleven days and are very keen to be able to return when next in Sydney. Col and Annie.
