Location, location, location! This recently renovated studio apartment in the Waterside Apartments Building is located just around the corner from The Corso and only couple of minutes from the famous Manly Beach. The Ferry Wharf is also within easy walking distance!

The room has a queen size bed, air conditioning and a fully-equipped kitchen with stove , fridge and microwave. An air bed can be provided by request for 3rd person. Place is best for 1-2 people. Those who prefer not to cook will be able to choose from a large range of restaurants all within easy walking distance.The bathroom has a bath and a shower over it.

The building also offers a gym, plunge pool and spa.

There are modern, coin-operated laundry facilities on the same floor as the apartment.

Everything you could want in Manly. Situated in the heart of the action, close to beaches and the ferry to downtown, but quiet and secure. Comfortable bed and full range of kitchen appliances in the room. I used the gym most days, good equipment well maintained, and the laundry facilities are also well maintained with modern machines at good value. Friendly host eager to help, highly recommended!

Great Location

Kirsti is a great host and is very helpful. The apartment is in a great location. We found it was all we needed and very close to where our family live. Would recommend it for value for money.

Great little apartment in an amazing location

Thanks very much Kirsti for a lovely stay. My elderly parents stayed in the apartment and had everything they needed. That the location is RIGHT next to the main street in Manly yet still manages to be quiet is excellent. It was easy to get to the wharf to take the ferry to Sydney and of course great for walks along the promenade. Thank you Kirsti especially for being very responsive and helpful for our requests, my parents would very happily stay again.

Such an awesome apartment! Ideal for two people! Our host was welcoming from the start- my hubby loved the treats that she left for us! Location couldn’t be better- step outside and you’re right in the middle of town! The busy Corso is only steps away! Everything you need is located right here. Our host was extremely responsive to our needs- only a text/ call away!! We highly recommend this spot!

Location, Location, Location!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. What the apartment lacked the location made up for it. We had everything at our doorstep. Right in the centre of the ocean and harbour side. And the Corso retail stores and restaurants all within walking distance. We will definitely be back! The hosts were so accommodating and communication was second to none! Musty odor was first impression but tidy—I would tell folks USE EARPLUGS at night—a VERY BUSY & NOISY street below where every weekday morning - as early as 4:30A either trash pick ups or recycling pickups occur—so don’t expect good sleep unless you use earplugs (which I use a LOT anyway

Apologies for a very late reply. Hopefully you had the windows shut properly? A double window was installed recently due to the noise factor and if both are closed properly, it really should cut down the noise to very minimum if any. Trust you enjoyed your stay regardless.

Ideal Location

Lovely studio ideally situated just off the corso in Manly. Lift (no stairs ) Roof top pool ,used most days as it was in high 30s when we visited, there was also a gym and laundry. Literally everything was right there bars, restaurants beaches and less than a 5 min walk to Manly ferry.What more do you want.Home from home.

We have rented through VRBO & other booking sites for years, Kirsti & her husband Rade were by far the best hosts we've ever had. We had some special requests & they met them cheerfully. There was a problem with an electrical switch & Rade fixed it within an hour. They have What's App for International tenants and respond quickly. We rented two different apts from them & both were clean, comfortable & well stocked with cooking & cleaning supplies. Manly Waterside where the apartments are located is the IDEAL location in Manly...an easy walk to everything, including the ferry & buses. Kirsti & Rade are friendly, gracious, and go above & beyond for their guests. We liked them & their accommodations so much we've requested to rent from them again next year when we return to Sydney.

Cosy apartment in excellent location

The apartment was everything you see in the photos. It was spotless and had everything you need. The location is central and close to everything in Manly. The bed was very comfortable.
