This self contained large studio apartment accommodation is independent to the main home. You will have independent secure access to the Studio through remote electric gates. Child friendly easy access - Park your car directly outside studio main entrance. No Stairs direct access.

Great location - easy walk to beach & ferries in 7 minutes. While basic in kitchen set-up ( small refig. & no oven ) plenty of utility for breakfast & lunch. Nice feel to Manly and only a 18 minute ferry to all that Sydney has to offer. Uber to airport in the range of 35USD - very affordable. If a two person studio is your choice, this is an excellent choice. Very responsive host!

Great location although a heads up that is a steep climb when walking. Dean communicated well and checked in with us that we arrived safely. Apartment is a bit shabby and outside area very rundown but inside very clean. Bed, bedding and definitely tvneed updating.
