Your upscale, well decorated, spacious home was perfect for our family. The location is great and walkable to restaurants and especially close to Heirloom Market. The lack of clutter and kitsch in the decor and functionality of the kitchen, living and sleeping spaces is impressive. We spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed the birdsong and trees in the vibrant urban setting. You have a really great place in a cool neighborhood!
The property is lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Great hosts and great communication.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Positives: The check in and checkout process was easy. The space was clean, functional and accommodated 4 adults well The unit was close to groceries, fitness center, coffee and Uber accessNegatives: Parking is VERY tight! We were told this is "always" a problem. If you do not have an outside spot, or a Smart Car - you won't fit AC was broken ( it was 96 degrees) - eventually fixed but after many incorrect directions by my vrbo contact Do not count on getting back any items left behind ( I left a kindle)
This unit provided the perfect gathering space for our family. We explored Philadelphia on foot and the location was ideal for an opportunity to take in many sights, explore green spaces, markets, restaurants, coffee shops etc..

Great Place to Stay with Family
I'll knock out the only issue to start with. The communication was a little frustrating after a long day of travel it was difficult to figure out where to park. They have a guidebook, but it is online only, and is a link to another site. It was supposed to be sent via text, but we had no information and did not receive the text. We had to get the information off the app messages and then copy paste that information into another browser using our mobile phones while I had kids who were tired from travel, this should be much more clearly communicated. Once, I finally found this things were smooth.
Now for the good, it is a clean nice place that is comfortable for the family. Plenty of room for sleeping and for being a vertical row house where it had 4 floors it was surprisingly not a big deal and nothing just a part of how the homes are built in big cities. The area seemed safe, several places to eat, pharmacy, and groceries in walking distance, parking is a pain, but there isn't much room so its understandable, but if you have a big vehicle don't plan to be able to use the space provided as it won't work. We rented a minivan and had about an inch of clearance in front and behind the vehicle so a larger SUV would be a no go.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities in the place were nice. The rooftop deck was peaceful and a fun part of the set-up.
The house was clean and as described. Our host, Rafi, was responsive and kept in good communication. We had a few glitches with door and gate access, but Rafi attended to them promptly. The beds were comfortable, the showers great, and the space enjoyable. The neighborhood’ is safe and easily walkable. The house is secure and very quiet.Uber was quick to access the many restaurants nearby and to the wonderful historical sites. I would highly recommend this house and area, and would stay again.
