The apartment has a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and a set of scales so that you can monitor your weight daily.

Description of the property:

All four apartments have one living room with a sofa couch, 1 or 2 separate bedrooms and a totally equipped kitchen unit with dishwasher, microwave, 4 hob electric stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, eggs and electric kettle, sufficient crockery and glasses and everything that you have at home in your kitchen. The two ground floor apartments have a terrace, a wicker beach chair, garden furniture and a parking space. The two apartments upstairs have, in addition, a second bedroom in the converted attic with two single beds and separate TV. This is a detached house situated peacefully in the second row of houses. The city centre of the island’s cultural metropolis (Westerland) is only a few minutes away. For apartments 3 and 4 there is a garden share with lawn and wicker beach chair. There are also parking spaces available for apartments 3 and 4.

The house is surrounded by greenery. The two terraces on the ground floor have been planted and have wicker beach chairs, umbrellas and garden furniture.
Every apartment has its own reserved parking space.

The ground floor apartments are also easily accessible for guests with light disabilities.

From here you can get to the island’s metropolis, WESTERLAND, in just a few minutes, including the pedestrian areas “Friedrichstraße” and “Strandstraße”.
Westerland train station and the city centre of the island’s cultural metropolis are only a few minutes away.
In the direct proximity is an Aldi supermarket and 1.2km away a shopping centre with all the shops.
The house is not directly on the main street, but to the back in the second row of houses and is therefore situated very peacefully.

You can reach everything on foot from here and can park your car in the attached car park.
