Gute Lage, schlechte Features

Die Wohnung ist von der Ausstattung her sehr gut. Die stadtnahe Lage ist auch vorzüglich. Wer das Bedürfnis hat bisweilen das Internet zu nutzen, hat ganz schlechte Karten. Das WLAN hat eine äußerst schlechte Sendeleistung, ist mal da, dann wieder weg. Hinzu kommt, dass die Download-Geschwindigkeit mit ca 0,4 Mbit/s kaum reicht Seiten hochzuladen. Weiterhin ist das nahegelegene Mc-D ein Problem. Die Kunden lassen gerne ihren Abfall vor Ort. Die leeren Behältnisse liegen dann im Grundstückseingang, ohne dass jemand das wegräumt. Ohnehin sind sämtliche Müllbehälter überfüllt. Hinzu kommt, dass daneben eine anschauliche Altglasgalerie steht. Also, wer sich an diesen Dingen nicht stört, findet eine sehr passable Wohnung vor.
