A beautiful little cabin nestled in the foothills of Mt. Rainier, with plenty of amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. Would recommend!

Great place to stay for two old geezers who wanted to hike Mt. Rainier (Tahoma!). Very close to the Nisqually entrance. Everything you need is in the cabin. Nice watching tv after hikes, and i was able to cook a full meal in the kitchen. The stairs to the loft aren't really stairs, it's more of a ladder, and very steep. I slept on the very comfortable bunk bed so i wasnt coming down those steps groggily. My husband did just fine though, and he's 67. (Plus i didn't have to hear him snore. Lol)
Very nice front porch too, enjoyed going over the maps to find good trails. There were books and brochures about that there that really came in handy for us, as we live in N.Y. and didn't know much about the mountain. It was a glorious trip. Stay here, you'll be glad you did. We were.
My family of 4 (including boys ages 14 and 10) had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Tiny Cabin B. It was the perfect home base for hiking treks in the park as it is just a mile from the entrance station. The cabin itself is incredibly clean, well furnished, and very well stocked. The bathroom is also very large and modern.
We unfortunately didn’t use the fire pit (burn ban during hot/dry season) or the hot tub (too hot), but could see the appeal in cooler weather.
Angela and Miles were both very responsive and would often inquire if we needed anything.
We will definitely visit again!
Our family of 4 all agreed that this was an excellent 'base camp' for our day hiking trips in Rainier National Park. SO close to the park, it was a breeze to drive in even in busy days. We loved all of the extras at the cabin- fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, grill, hot tub, laundry room. Great porch to sit outside and play games / eat meals. Even though the cabin is tiny, the layout was very functional. Cant wait to visit again!
This cabin was just what we needed for our visit to Mt Ranier. The cabin is quite new and very modern, with all the amenities. The bathroom is HUGE and the rainfall shower quite welcome after a long hike in the park. ( which was minutes away!) The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to fix our meals and the porch had comfy chairs to relax in the evening. A couple things to note: the loft bed has steep steps to climb/descend. Be prepared to take your time. Also, while there is a comfy little couch to sit in, there is really no room to relax inside for more than 2 people, even though the cabin comfortably sleeps 4. Which was fine for us as we enjoyed sitting outside. Otherwise this place rocks!!

Great little place to reload and relax before exploring Mount Rainier.
Overall amazing place that I would highly recommend and would stay at again if I’m back at Mount Rainier. The only hiccup was checking in. There was an issue that was a glitch in the system. There is very little cell service at the location so be sure you have all the check in details saved.
The tiny house is perfect, we’ll stocked, comfortable, and just outside of Rainier Park. We found a couple great restaurants nearby, although they are limited and close by 8/9pm.
The hot tub was a highlight, although it somehow went off the last day and we weren’t able to enjoy it for a day, which was a bummer. Life happens. They were attentive and quick to respond to our needs.
Location was ideal for exploring Mt Ranier National Park. Cabin was spotless. The stairs to the loft are more like a ladder so must be able to climb to sleep there. Pullout sofa was surprisingly comfortable. There is a rooster who lives next door but we were so tired from hiking we didn’t mind. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
Nice and clean with all of the amenities. Appreciated laundry facilities onsite and lots of towels. Also appreciated the coffee/creamers/snacks.
Cell service is sketchy so had some trouble contacting hosts but were able to in town and no issues after.
I had originally booked cabin A and VRBO gave us check in is instructions for A and then hosts sent email for cabin B. So we were a little confused
However, would stay here again. Excellent location right outside the entrance to the park
Really loved the quaint home very close to entrance of Mt Rainier national park. Excellent support provided when we needed help. Would highly recommend this home.
We booked the cabin for spring break for our family of 6. The hosts are a pleasure, the cabin was very clean, and smelled just like a cabin in the woods. Check in was easy as the hosts were staying in the other cabin for the first couple nights of our stay. The bunkbeds were great for our girls, and the pull out sofa worked well for our boys. However, getting up and down the ladder to the loft took some getting used to. I wish we had known how steep it was before we booked the cabin. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful! The shower is awesome with the rain feature. The kids loved the hot tub and it was definitely big enough for us even though it says it’s only a 4 person. It snowed while we were there, and the host told us where he kept the sleds so the kids could go sledding, he even told asked about a popular sledding hill in town. The kitchen had pots and pans, and even spices and knickknacks in case we forgot anything. The biggest downfall we saw was the fact that it was next-door to a farm, and we didn’t like waking up to roosters every morning and the smell of pigs, yuck! There was also a dog on the farm that chronically barked. We would be sitting in the hot tub, and the dog would bark the entire time. The owner would yell out for the dog to stop barking, but would never bring him in.
All in all, we did have a great time. It is definitely a tiny little cabin, but we spent a lot of family time together and made some great memories. We watched movies, playing games, had family, dinners, played in the snow… It was really a great time. And I can’t say enough about how wonderful the hosts are.
Our family really enjoyed our recent stay. The cabin just minutes from the Mount Rainier entrance, making a visit there convenient. Overall, our family enjoyed making a campfire and climbing up/down the loft stairs. Plenty of room for 5 people and a kitchen that made cooking dinner for the family easy.

Very nice and clean!!! Perfect if we have hangers for our clothes. This is one of the best property i have rver rented. Thanks owners for letting us stay in yours.
So close to Rainier, amazing. Wonderful place, well cared for, had everything a person could possibly need. Plus beautiful design and felt secluded. Awesome experience. Thank you.
We loved it despite the issue involving the check in process putting us in cabin B instead of A that was on our reservation paperwork. Fortunately the young couple in A was extremely friendly with a sense of humor when we knocked on the cabin door that we thought was ours. A phone call to the owner quickly got things resolved. We were told it was some type of reservation confusion between 2 different vacation rental companies. Anyway, we would definitely be returning customers if we ever make it back to Washington ! It was perfectly located just outside the entrance to Mt. Rainier and a short distance from some awesome restaurants. My only regret is not staying longer !
We booked our stay at this little cabin for my son's wedding in Mount Rainier. Great location. Less than a minute from the entrance to Mount Rainier. I was in charge of making the wedding cake and the cabin had plenty of counter space to get the job done. Super impressed! We will definitely stay here again.

Additional Fees
A business of accommodations includes cleaning. That is a cost of your business and should be part of the overall fees. Adding on after accepting and moving forward is deception. If you are making income from rental then include your costs of doing business then the consumer can make a fair decision on whether the cost is acceptable. Adding on a huge chunk of another night's stay is wrong. Maybe it's a Verb policy but no matter what it is a shady practice.
Our stay in Ashford at the Tiny Cabin was very uncomfortable. It started the day we were supposed to check in. I received check in instructions for a cabin A but my wife received check instructions for cabin B. We called the number provided and the owner answered immediately and told us that there was a problem with VRBO and 1) the property was double booked which is why we were being moved to Cabin B and 2) they never received payment from VRBO for our stay. The implication was clear that he wanted us to pay for our stay over the phone at the time but I verified on my VRBO account that we had already paid and told the owner. He quickly backtracked and said he would contact VRBO about it.
Check in was fine but the cabin was not clean. We found ants crawling on the floor in the kitchen, in the bathroom and by the bunk beds and almost every dish we tried to use was dirty.
The Wifi network also didn’t even show up on our phones and when we called the owner about it (as well as to let him know that the fridge/freezer combo was leaking water from the freezer into the fridge) he said that the Wifi frequently doesn’t work. He was responsive and sent us the QR to use the Wifi and it worked but only from inside the bathroom, no where else. (As a side note when he sent us the QR code he once again confused us and thought we were staying in Cabin A, not Cabin B).
Also, there were not curtains in all the windows which made for an early wake up for everyone.
Also, in our second night, the owner let us know he was letting his neighbor park his car in the driveway for a couple hours. We returned to the cabin to find a large pickup truck and trailer blocking most of the drive way. Seven and a half hours after he texted us and after our kids were sleeping, the neighbor came back to get his truck but it took him 40 minutes to load his ATV into the trailer, all while turning the lights of the pickup truck on and off occasionally, lights that shine directly into our cabin.
All in all it was a very poor experience. Being asked for money for a cabin we already paid for, the lack of cleanliness, the lack of Wifi, the random truck parked in the driveway and retrieved after dark. Oh, and no one ever came to stay in the second cabin which makes the whole thing even weirder.

Why they chose this property
We love our cabin. For me it is the right mix of rustic and modern. You can feel the hassle of the city and crowding melt away in a very short time. The rural mountain setting allows me to get centered and reevaluate what is truly important in my daily walk.
