This is a condo like no other you have seen! Located in the popular Emerald Pointe resort, this pet-friendly condo is right on Table Rock Lake - you won't find another building closer to the water. Guests love all that this property has to offer, including free wifi, elevator, outdoor pool, full kitchen, and so much more! This condo is also just minutes from the Branson strip and Silver Dollar City. What are you waiting for?!

PLEASE NOTE: Pets are limited to 25 lbs at this location and only one pet per unit rented. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines!

You will love the feel of this condo the moment you walk in - bright colors, an open floor plans, and original signed art by Branson entertainer Yakov Smirnoff. It's truly your home-away-from-home in the heart of the Ozarks. There is an elevator so no steps at all!

- Living Area -
The living area of this condo is very spacious to allow everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. There is a sleeper sofa that's fitted with luxury linens, and we provide you with plenty of DVDs and games the whole family will enjoy. The large windows provide plenty of light, and the area is open to the dining room and kitchen as well.

- Two Bedrooms -
The two bedroom suites are located off of the main hallway. We have included a flat screen television in both bedrooms, and each suite has its own bathroom as well. The master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower, and the second bedroom has a full standard bathroom. Our guests love how comfortable our beds are. In fact, some have told us they are the most comfortable beds they've ever slept on! You're guaranteed a great night's sleep in this condo after a fun-filled day spent out on Table Rock Lake. This condo sleeps up to size guests.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen -
The kitchen is truly a highlight of this property. The spacious kitchen area opens up to the dining area, so you are able to enjoy spectacular views of Table Rock Lake as you prepare your meal. We have stocked with everything you need to make your favorite meal - you just provide the food. After all, homemade meals just taste better! Skip the line and enjoy more time in your condo too! There are granite countertops and tile flooring. The dining room table can fit the whole family, and can also serve double duty as your family's game night headquarters! This property also includes a washer and dryer.

- Additional Information -
The best place to start your day is on the spacious deck. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, enjoy your morning coffee, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake. The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows. Host and property maintenance were outstanding with communications making sure we had everything needed. The condo was clean comfortable and very spacious. Water pressure was good. Jacuuzzi tub was clean and a great way to begin our short relazing weekend. The views are absolutely amazing from this condo! We also appreciated the gated community as it was quiet and we felt safe. Binging so close to Top of the Rock was definitely an added bonus! Roads were good as well. Easy to find. We will keep this 9n our list of great places to stay!

The views from the balcony are stunning and sunsets were spectacular! Sitting on the balcony in the morning is so peaceful. The condo is very clean with everything needed and the location provided access to everything easily. We will definitely book here again.

Beautiful views

Our family of four stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The condo had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed watching a dvd and playing games that were in the condo. Very spacious condo, and beds were comfortable. The best part was the panoramic views of the lake from the kitchen window and the patio.

Great View

The view of the lake is amazing from the condo. The unit is well laid out and comfortable. The swimming pool and grill area were very nice and clean. The only knock was we happened to have neighbors on the next level with heavy feet! The property managers, Mark and Sarah were very helpful.

Great view and very roomy

We had a great 5 night stay in this complex. The view is incredible and has spacious rooms! Everything was clean and there is an elevator close by. The only complaint we had was getting in the front gate without having to call the guard each time. The cameras were not reading our license plate and we had to show our driver's licenses to the guard multiple times. But overall great Unit and we would definitely stay here again! the was not reading our licens3 pla

Nice enough place but needs updating and a refresh

The C5 Yakov condo fit our needs and had lots of positives but could benefit from some attention. Here’s the good/not-so-good that we experienced:Good:- Incredible lake view- Easy access to highway, Big Cedar, other great places- great communication from rental co about check in/gate/etc.- small, safe, quiet complex- plenty of hot water and towels- big TVs- fast internet - icemaker in fridge- elevator with carts for luggage- comfortable furniture- plenty of close parking- a/c worked great- comfortable beds- plenty of closet space Not so great:- ant traps spread in the open throughout condo- living and dead bugs in windows/windowsills including wasps we had to kill upon arrival (we know bugs are a given near the lake but we’ve stayed many other places without this issue)- very outdated decor- old musty smell - dirty bathroom floors- dirty, marked up baseboards and floors- algae patches in condo pool- easy to hear neighbors through walls/ceiling- lots of cobwebs on balcony- no full length mirror anywhere- dim bathroom lightingWe enjoyed our trip to Branson and the condo was fine for us bc we were not there much but we probably won’t rent it again unless it gets some much needed work.

The pool was dirty and most of the pool loungers were torn. The patio furniture was dirty and worn. The grill on the deck was filthy. I injured my foot from a floor staple sticking up. For the price I wasn’t impressed.

Fabulous condo!

We loved everything about this condo. Let's start with the truly amazing view from the balcony. Simply stunning. Also, the layout of the condo was great. The kitchen had a ton of counter space and was unbelievably well-equipped with every kitchen tool you could possibly need. The living room had plenty of space plus cable/satellite so we could watch our team's baseball games. The location was great too - only about 15 minutes to the Strip and the Landing, so close enough to get to quickly, but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Oh, and there is an elevator if you don't feel like climbing stairs to the third floor, but we never used it. It was nice to know it was there, though. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Perfect Spot When the Lake is Your Focus

I made a spur of the moment decision to head to Table Rock for a few days of relaxation, hiking, and just looking at the beautiful lake. The property manager was very accommodating and Holly, the housekeeper, was awesome in helping me get in when the door wasn't working. JD, the handyman, was nothing but kind and I enjoyed chatting while he fixed the door lock. Come to find out, this condo is owned by Yakov Smirnoff and the home is filled with his art & memorabilia, which was just an added benefit. I loved that you are away from downtown Branson, but close enough if you want to see the touristy sites. My only complaints about the actual condo is the layout that puts the bedroom on the parking lot/outside walk side, making it noisy and difficult to get the bedroom dark. Add to this the turny stick thing for the blinds in the master was missing so I had to stand on a chair and turn it by hand to get the blinds to close. Nothing that can't be overcome though. Otherwise, the condo was just as advertised and I'd definitely book again.

We checked in on the 18th of Aug 2025 and checked out on the 22nd due to I have to go back to work. Communication with the property owner was very smooth, very attentive to your needs if there’s an issue. Me and my husband really love the place…quiet, clean, and the view is amazing. The view is awesome and in a great location. It really is a nice place and management was very responsive and helpful. Negatives: our floor was really dirty and internet was very spotty, not working most of the time.

Awesome Lake Views

Very nice condo with an amazing view of the lake. On the 3rd floor but there was an elevator and carts. Quiet neighborhood. Very enjoyable stay for two couples. Main highlight of our trip was going to the Sight & Sound Theatre to see "David".

There was a storm the 1st night there and water was coming in the dining room windows. Dried up and all was ok. AC was unable to adjust below 70, we both need around 65-66 to sleep. My home can accommodate that, not sure why this one couldn't.

Amazing View

My husband and I escaped for the week to Branson, we love the area but this property was by far the best place we have stayed. The only hiccup was the first day attempting to get into the gate of the gated community. The managing company worked with us and got it handled within 24 hours. The balcony was our favorite spot, the views were amazing.

Lake Rest

This is our 2nd time staying at Emerald Pointe, and it never "DisapPOINTs". My sister and I come in February to get some lake therapy in the Winter, and we love being on the lakefront. The beds in this unit were very comfortable and it had a lot of details for guests that you can tell took some extra thought. Plus, the view is incredible. We were snowed in, and this was the perfect place to do so! We will book with them again!
