- Living Area -
The living area is incredibly spacious, so there is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. The sleeper sofa is fitted with luxury linens and can accommodate two more guests. There is a large flat screen television, and we include plenty of DVDs (including some of Yakov's comedy specials) for the whole family to enjoy. This condo also has free wifi throughout, and you'll love how much natural light pours into the space!

- Two Bedrooms -
The bedroom suites are located on either side of the main hallway. Both suites have incredibly comfortable beds, and both suites connect to full bathrooms. The master suite connects to a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, and the second bedroom connects to a standard full bath. A flat screen television is in both bedrooms as well. This property sleeps us to six guests.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen/Dining Room -
The kitchen and dining area of the condo faces the lake, and there are lots of windows with incredible views of Table Rock Lake. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal. Let's face it, homemade meals just taste better! Skip the lines and eat in while enjoying some incredible views! You'll love the full-size stainless appliances (including a dishwasher) and granite countertops! The dining room table seats six, and there is also a breakfast bar that's perfect for additional seating or just a quick snack. The property includes a washer and dryer as well.

The best place to start your day is on the walkout patio. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, take a nap on the hammock, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake.The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows.
