PLEASE NOTE: Pets are limited to 25 lbs at this location and only one pet per unit rented. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines!

- Living Area -
The living area is incredibly spacious, so there is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. The sleeper sofa is fitted with luxury linens and can accommodate two more guests. There is a large flat screen television, and we include plenty of DVDs (including some of Yakov's comedy specials) for the whole family to enjoy. This condo also has free wifi throughout, and you'll love how much natural light pours into the space!

- Two Bedrooms -
The bedroom suites are located on either side of the main hallway. Both suites have incredibly comfortable beds, and both suites connect to full bathrooms. The master suite connects to a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, and the second bedroom connects to a standard full bath. A flat screen television is in both bedrooms as well. This property sleeps us to six guests.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen/Dining Room -
The kitchen and dining area looks out to the lake through large windows. The views are incredible in any season, and the dining room provides seating for six. There is also a breakfast bar for additional seating or just a quick snack. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything to make any meal - whether you are warming something up or cooking a five-course meal. The kitchen has stainless appliances (including a dishwasher), tile floors, and granite countertops. The condo also includes a washer and dryer.

- Additional Information -
The best place to start your day is on the spacious deck. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, enjoy your morning coffee, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows.
