The Villa Katharina, an attractive Art Nouveau villa, has been extensively and lovingly restored. It is located directly at the spa park. The way to the beach is one minute.
The apartment Bremen is a quiet, cozy two-room apartment with a balcony. The non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating is located on the second floor and is 38 m² in size.
The high-quality equipment of the apartment includes parquet floors, satellite TV and stereo with CD changer in the living room, a modern shower room and a video intercom.
The living room has a comfortable seating area, a dining area and an integrated kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven).
No parking space search - a parking space on the property is available (on request and fee).
