Wonderful experience! Plenty of room for all the kids. Everybody had a great time outside going up and down the Swiss family Robinson staircase. We enjoyed canoeing and hiking. Plenty of room for the kids and their gaming devices. The staircase was gorgeous one of my favorite parts. Plenty of room in the kitchen. The coffee station was also very nice. Everything we needed was already there.

Property and amenities were as described or better. Lots of space, all tv’s had access to several streaming apps, view off the back patio was amazing and even some water and free snacks!!! The stairs to the lower dock were much more than expected…beautiful deck by the river but the water did not appear swimmable (green algae..may be just the late summer timeframe, not sure). Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Made a lot of special family memories in this spacious house with a spectacular view to the west. The sunsets were gorgeous, and we loved listening to the birds in the morning. House was very clean, and the beds were comfy with extra blankets (which we didn’t need). The neighborhood is very quiet, yet only 10 minutes from stopping.

We loved the extra space both, inside and out, for our group. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking and dining. The a/c works great! The back patio area was SO lovely in the mornings and evenings. We really enjoyed watching the jets take off from Carswell during the day.The morning walkers in our group were very excited that the Marion Sansom Park paved paths were accessible at the end of the street. The park would be great for bikes as well.The location was convenient for going to Northside. The house was also within Uber distance to TCU for the football game. There is one bedroom down. The stairs going the the 2nd floor would not be good for someone with accessibility issues. Likewise care should be taken going down the lower section of the path to the river due to uneven and loose terrain.
