Farm house set in the beautiful Flinthills in Kansas. Working farm with cows, sheep, pigs, ducks, geese and chickens. Walking trails on 162 acres, fishing pond, fruit and nut orchards. One of the best places in Kansas for star gazing. Peninsula on the fish pond for watching the sunset over the water. Located near two Reserviors - Fall River and Toronto

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave the house in a the same condition as you arrived.
Please take all food and items you brought with you.
Put thermostat back to the temperature when arriving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove your shoes when entering the house.
Only adjust the thermostat 2 degrees at a time. Wait for it to catch up and adjust again by 2 degrees if needed.
Please do not use the garbage disposal. A food scrap container is provided which is fed to the pigs or chickens.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming of our family to their beautiful farm. The house was well furnished with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the host even lit a fire for the kids to make smores. We enjoyed all the animals, the piece and quiet, stargazing and the fishing which had us catching bluegill and bass. We are already discussing our next trip as it was just what we needed to unplug and spend quality time as a family. Thanks so much to our gracious hosts and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Definitely Country Life, Host was Amazing, Beautiful Sunrise, and Sunset. Lots of Baby Animals, and Pond to fish. House is a 2 Story, Bedrooms upstairs. Air Conditioning, No TV’s, but lots of Board Games, and Toys to enjoy. Nice Getaway from Busy City living. We enjoyed Our Stay There. Ask about their Fresh Eggs and Meat.

Digital Detox Retreat

Kansas Delight!

We needed a place close to a funeral and found this lovely VRBO! It’s a working farm with sheep, pigs, cows and chickens! Nice dogs also. And the friendliest owners!!!

Farm Life!

This place is awesome! My fam was worried that the house would be cold and drafty, but the house is remodeled and cozy. The hosts will bring you wood, eggs, bacon, and other items for a few bucks. A chicken laid an egg for us every morning in the ash bucket. There is plenty of room for everyone and having two bathrooms was a bonus for a farmhouse. We will definitely visit again when in the area.
