Welcome to The Honeysuckle! Quiet, well loved, and oh so cozy, this home is a 7 minute car ride from Nashville's infamous Honky Tonk bars, restaurants, and amazing people watching scene!

Layout:
This charming home features 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The primary suite is on the main level and features 2 queen beds with an en suite bathroom. The two secondary bedrooms are upstairs along with the second full bathroom and pool table in the bonus room! One secondary bedroom features a queen size bed while the other bedroom features 2 twin beds. The full bathroom is conveniently located between both bedrooms upstairs providing easy access by all guests and features a tub/shower combo. The kitchen and living room are an open floor plan. Please note, the basement level of the home (completely separate from the rental) is a storage space for the homeowners, so they may swing by on occasion to access the space.

There is parking available in the driveway for your car. 

The Neighborhood:
This centrally located home is only 5 miles from downtown Broadway, 6 miles from bustling 12 South, and only 4 miles from the Nashville airport! Start your morning with coffee and a walk in Whitsett Park just down the street from this rental. Next, venture down the road to grab some awesome breakfast or lunch from Red Bicycle Coffee. For those that love shopping, be sure to hit up the shops in 12 South and, while you're there, swing by for some photos by Nashville's most famous murals also found in 12 South! Finally, wrap up your day by hitting up a local hot spot, Bastion, where the artisan beverages will surely hit the spot!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
