This entire home has plenty of parking with a fenced in back yard only 3 miles from downtown and 7 miles from the airport with all your needs close by. This house has 2 queen size beds one pull out queen couch and 4 twin beds that are bunks. Also full screened in back porch with Blackstone and outdoor lounging w/ firepit along with basement and garage.

Beautiful home

We loved the house! The decor was spot on and perfect back drops for our photos. Even only having 1 bathrooms and 8 girls we all was able ready. My only suggestion would be a couple more mirrors. 😂

Perfect place

I can’t say enough about this property. Nash is a great host and was very quick to respond with any questions. The house was very clean and accommodating for 4 adult men. Game room downstairs was a perfect place to hang out and catch up while playing ping pong and throwing darts. The back patio was also a great place to unwind and feel the breeze blow. Quiet neighborhood very close to the airport but also not far from the hip restaurants in the east side. A short Uber ride got us to and from downtown for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Outstanding VRBO Experience

First of all, Nash is a top notch host!! He was very responsive to all our questions and needs. The house was perfect and the wife absolutely loved the choices in décor. Everything was clean and smelled amazing! Loved the whiskey barrels and all the Nashville artwork that hung throughout the house. In the morning, the coffee bar is a must have which has the extras to make a delicious cup of coffee. Everything you need and want to do is close by and if Honky Tonk Row and Party Fowl Nashville Hot Chicken is on the agenda it's a quick and easy Uber ride. Uber Eats will deliver you some Nashville Hot Chicken and Stone Cold for desserts! The garage has cool game room setup outfitted with lights, games and tables. The back porch is great and where we most hung out. Perfect party lights and even has a Blackstone for you griddle cookers out there! Bonus: Nash let us know they were filming a movie literally one street over which we could see the set from the back porch! Nicole Kidman was on set and they were filming some scenes for the upcoming movie "Holland". Pretty interesting we watched it right from the back porch. Overall a great time in Nashville with an outstanding house and host! We ill be back and bringing more friends with us! Thank you again Nash for everything and we look forward to staying with ya again!

Nashville Bucket List trip

Great property convenient for Nashville downtown, airport and golf. Three brothers bucket list trip found house convenient and well equipped for enjoying cooking or barbeque at home. Lots of games/ping pong, darts, for family fun. Host easily contacted. TV's everywhere! Lots of free coffee!

Nashville Home

Perfect place to stay if you want convenient location to everything in Nashville. Would stay here again. But if the property has any negative issues it would be the cleanliness of the outdoor patio and the bedrooms should have dressers so visitors won't have to live out of suitcases. But hey that didn't stop the great time and memories we had.

Cute & cozy

Property was clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location was in an upcoming and quiet residential neighborhood. Just a short ride to downtown and the zoo. My favorite part was the screened in outdoor porch, and the kids loved the garage/game room.

Hi my name is Nash I was born and raised in Nashville "In this house" This was my mom and dad's house for 30 plus years. My dad (Joe) passed away a couple of years ago due to cancer, this triggered a dementia diagnosis for my mom (Roxanne). With being an only child this unforeseen circumstance made our decision to put a lot of time and effort into turning this home into a B&B in hopes of helping my mom and all her future needs. It is also our hope that whoever stays here can have and make as many happy memories here as we have throughout the years.

This entire home has plenty of parking with a fenced in back yard only 3 miles from downtown and 7 miles from the airport 5 miles from music row with all your needs close by. This house has 2 queen size beds one pull out queen couch and 4 twin beds that are bunks. Also full screened in back porch and basement with garage. Everything you want and need to experience Nashville is within minutes of this location IE.. second ave and Broadway... Opryland the airport Uptown...downtown Nashville Germantown .. titans stadium bridgestone....all the attractions... 75 miles to the jack daniels Distillery if you choose to venture out that far. I grew up in this neighborhood since 1995 this was my parents home my dad was a musician for the Grand old Opry and a bunch country artists.. My mom worked for Opryland for 20 years... this is an awesome quiet neighborhood and a great house.
