Twin Palms Unit 2103

This 1 bedroom plus bunks, 2-bathroom condo has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Located at Twin Palms Resort, you are close to the best of everything Panama City Beach has to offer! From Pier Park and Gulf World to Pineapple Willy's and the Sportsplex, you are just minutes from great activities and just steps from the beach.

The kitchen fully stocked with all the small appliances, utensils, and tools you will need and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The automatic ice maker is currently out of order, we do provide ice trays to be sure you do not go without. Whether you want to make coffee to enjoy on your balcony or make a full dinner to share with your guests, you can do it here! The open floorplan leads into the living room, offering tons of natural light and gorgeous ocean views. There is a large, flat screen TV and tons of seating, perfect for movie nights.

The Master bedroom features a King bed and large flat screen TV, with its own en suite bathroom that has a shower tub combo for extra privacy. It is the perfect place to end a busy day at the beach. The bunks located in the hall are just steps away from the second full bathroom that also has a shower tub combo. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed. You will also find a washer and dryer in the property for your convenience.

Twin Palms is located right in the heart of Panama City Beach. Located just steps from the ocean, you can spend your day relaxing at the beach. Twin Palms has a large pool with huge pool deck area, complete with a hot tub, grill area and tables and chairs for dining. There is an indoor hot tub, a newly renovated fitness center, complete with dry and steam saunas. You are just moments from all of the best PCB has to offer- so whether you stay on the beach all day or venture out, you are sure to have a great time! Note: Garage Clearance: 6'

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

RESORT PROJECT NOTICE: Starting on 01/23/24, the resort will start redoing the walkway of each floor. Each floor will take approximately two days to complete. The first day will be the grinding of the floor to remove any of the old paint and to get to the concrete. The second day will be to apply the coating (and this is the only time guests/owners cannot be on the floor for about 6 to 8 hours). Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We always enjoy our stay at Twin Palms, but the outstanding service and smooth check in really helped us relax and enjoy our stay this year! we did not like the kitchen set up.chairs were to tall for me.I just broke my hip and the bed was to tall for meto get in and out with out help. We did have a good time. it was a niceplace to stay for a month.

We enjoyed our stay and the view was breathtaking! However, there was some issues we found. The ice maker in the freezer is halfway broke so it leaks constantly. It was hard to keep all the water out of the floor- maintenance said there was nothing wrong with it so we let it go. There wasn't as many cooking pans & utensils as we would've liked but everything else was PERFECT!! Thank you for letting us come stay

Condo was amazing! Very clean and just as pictured! Views were amazing! Checkin was a breeze! Private beach area made for less people which was great! Elevators were never busy and no long waits. My only complaint is that the poolside bathrooms, sauna and indoor pool are were out of order our whole stay which was not only an inconvenience but quite disappointing. However everything else was perfect and we would definitely recommend and stay again so knowing that things happen that are out of their control, I will still give 5 stars and highly recommend and stay agin!

Amazing panoramic ocean view!

We needed a relaxing getaway for our anniversary and we were not disappointed! The unit is just as described. Beautifully decorated, very clean and in a great location. And don't even get me started about the bed. So comfortable! Best sleep we've had in a while. The condo is located in a less crowded spot but close enough to all the fun. And there is plenty to do for sure. The private balcony is very spacious and provides an amazing view of the ocean from the 21st floor. We saw dolphins and stingrays swimming around. And the most gorgeous sunset we've ever seen! We are so happy to have spent our time at this beautiful spot. Karen is very kind and available when needed. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Karen for everything!

Summer Vacation

This is the second year we have stayed at a Twin Palms condo. We love the location and size of Twin Palms. We rented a smaller unit this year. I recommend one of the larger units if taking your family. It was really too small for 4 adults. We made it work, but I do not recommend it for that. A couple of things to note: The kitchen and eating area are small in my opinion.The condo was nicely decorated, but has glass tables so I felt like I had to be extra careful walking around. The rental company was quick to respond on a couple of minor issues. I do recommend Twin Palms if you are looking for a not so crowd place to stay on the beach.

Nice Stay!

Booked for a quick getaway. Pictures listed show the place perfectly. During my stay, it didn't seem like the property was very full yet, so elevators were basically no wait and the beach not crowded at all. My check-in email was delayed but was taken care of quickly when contacted property about. Would definitely book again.
