The Space:

You won't find another BnB quite like this recently renovated, one-of-a-kind cottage, which sits on a lot overlooking a peace small tributary. Large water oak trees provide a perfect natural canopy to this hidden oasis.



Pets are welcome with $100 non-refundable pet fee. Feel free to message host for size and breed limitations.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the large concrete driveway for off-street parking as well as both front and rear patios.



Laundry appliances are inside the house.



The Neighborhood:

Private Island in the "North Florida Keys" off of Heckscher Dr., very close to St. Johns River.



Getting Around:

Heckscher Dr will take you East/West.



Interstate 295 will take you everywhere else.



Other Things to Note:

Look carefully for the turn-off for Orahood Ln from Hecksher Dr. Trust your GPS.



Once on the single lane driveway, stay to the left at fork and house is the green house on your right. Park by the large white garage.

New Years Getaway

We traveled down for the Gator Bowl Game and NYE Weekend! I loved the property, it was quiet and gorgeous views. Only 15 minutes from downtown or riverwalks. Everything was comfortable and clean. Plenty of cookware and dishes for eating in. We had 5 in our party (us parents, 2 - 15 yr old boys & my 12 yr old daughter) and we all slept comfortably and had plenty of room. I would definitely recommend and stay again if traveling to Jacksonville.

Cozy Cottage

Cozy and clean cottage on a quiet island. It was a great place to get some rest We had everything we needed to prepare meals. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions while staying there. It was a great centralized location for everything we wanted to do.

Beautiful cottage

We arrive after Hurrican Ian. The cottage was nice but due to flooding water pressure was low and road flooding due to high tide. Owner, compensate did compensate for day not used.
