Der Gesamteindruck des Inserats und der Wirklichkeit sind stimmig. Die Wohnung hat allerdings die besten Jahre hinter sich. Der Gemütlichkeitsfaktor wird dadurch getrübt, dass alle Teppichböden (und von denen gibt es reichlich) alt und abgewohnt sind. Gleiches gilt für die Matratzen - sie sind schlicht weg durchgelegen. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche könnte auch verbessert werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, Brötchen holen geht leicht zu Fuß. Wir haben allerdings entschieden beim nächsten Mal eine andere Wohnung anzumieten.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Schöne, große Wohnung, sehr ruhig, etwas abgelegen (keine Gastronomie im Ort, dafür ein kleiner Laden für Brot, Wurst, Käse etc.). Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen, aber für Bahnreisende oder Busfahrer nicht zu empfehlen...
