Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and very comfortable. The hosts put a lot of thought into the small details like a disposable shaving kit in the bathroom and luggage holders in the closets. Highly recommend this location!

This was the perfect place to host family Christmas! Everything was very nice, and there were so many times that they really thought to provide everything you might need, down to some extra Toothbrushes!

Great place to stay

We needed a place in Derby for a couple of weeks and this place was more than just a place. Plenty of room to relax with comfortable couches and a nice kitchen. The communication was great and we had no issues whatsoever. Close to restaurants and grocery stores and a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

The VRBO was very clean and comfortable! It was conveniently located to stores and our wedding venue. We had plenty of room! I would like to suggest adjusting/replacing the beds so they aren’t quite so squeaky. That was the ONLY complaint by our family. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Derby Kansas House - SO CONVENIENT

This house is so close to our daughter and son-in-law - we would stay here again anytime we are visiting them. It was so much nicer than being in a hotel since this trip, I had my mother with me. The owners were so nice to work with. I would definitely rent here again.

Family needed to be together

Wanted a place that whoever out of our family could be together at. Thus place worked great for our 3 kids and 2 g and 2 of our grandkids to be at. Few glitches, but host solved them quickly and stay ran smoothly.

Perfect Derby home

This house was so awesome for our family. We were visiting from Massachusetts, our daughter and son-in-law just added a new grandbaby boy to our family. This house allowed us to recap our days together while visiting Derby. The hosts were awesome as well.
