House was very clean. The outside has a lot of broken lawn chairs and an old refrigerator. We loved the layout of the house. The owners son was there mowing when we got there. He was extremely pleasant to visit with. Overall it was a great stay.

Our large, family group enjoyed our stay and we will return! There was plenty of space to spread out and the home was well stocked in all areas of the home, inside and outside. We fished in the pond, swam in the pool, jumped on the trampoline, sat by the campfire, and loved the pool table and PacMan in the loft. This home is in the country and the internet is spotty for some carriers, but it works a lot of the time. Being on our phones was not a priority for our gathering, so it was fine, but I would check into it if you have to work from home at this location during your stay. The host was excellent to work with and answered all texts quickly. Our family had the best time and we were thankful to have found this home to make memories in!

Great spot for a holiday retreat

We enjoyed a family Thanksgiving at the farm. The place has everything you need! Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed our stay. We recommend this home!

2023 Christmas Family Gathering

We enjoyed our stay at Peck house, it had lots of space for the 20 of us to be together and have time in smaller groups.

Don’t book

Overall we had a good time with friends and family. This house is not as pictured or advertise, lots of issues where to start broken furniture, wasp nest under a covered patio, paddleboat unusable lawn, not cared for holes in the wall dirty stair railing, clothes in closets, bedding in closets unfolded ,driveway needs more gravel stove hard to pull down to open refrigerator leaking trampoline not set up still in the box on the patio fishing poles not working back house smells old and stale broken fences old refrigerator left on the patio Freezer doesn’t work to the refrigerator. You have to use the back freezer Master bedroom sink, water trickles down upstairs bathroom does not drain properly in the bathtub unbelievable for $6000 the cost of our four night five day stay

Since your visit, several of the items you mentioned have been addressed, including replacing the outdoor furniture and fishing poles, repairing the bathroom wall, removing the outdoor refrigerator and hot dog cart, restoring the trampoline, treating the wasp activity, and refreshing the driveway gravel following recent storms. We continue to maintain and improve the property to provide a great experience for future guests.

Wonderful trip to Peck Ks

As in almost any stay there were some minor things that happened with our group of 16 but overall it was an awesome retreat. The owner responded to all of our needs.

Christmas 2022

Was a wonderful place for our family to meet and it allowed a lot of space for us to spread out, yet feel like we were together. It was so nice that we could bring our dog with us as well. Kids had a great time!

Best Christmas Ever

The house was amazing. Two large living areas were perfect for our large family. The weather was great so we were able to grill out and play in the yard. The house was well equipped. Our host was amazing, he was easy to talk to and very accommodating. We are looking forward to a possible summer family gathering and will definitely book the home again. This was one of our best Christmas gatherings in years because we were all able to all stay together. This place is one of a kind. We are thrilled that we found it and were able to book it.

Stayed here with my wedding party, the house is enormous and quite beautiful. We really didn’t have any issues with the property and had a great time enjoying the pool and the many large living spaces this place had to offer.

State Golf tournament

We had a very nice stay. This was perfect for our high school Varsity golf team. Great to come back to after competition. Very comfortable with plenty of room. The home was exceptionally clean. Loved the atmosphere inside and out! Very relaxing!

Thanksgiving reunion

We had the most wonderful time at this farm! It was an absolutely gorgeous property with lots to do and plenty of space. We had a very large group and never felt crowded. Property manager went above and beyond. We will be back!
