Best location for Seaside and the beach!

Bringing the best of both worlds, this peaceful creekside home awaits you and your family for what’s soon to be your favorite beach vacation. A mere six-minute walk out the door, your feet are in the powder white sand at one of the quietest beaches along 30A. A short stroll or bike ride along the quiet paths and stone-paved streets takes you to the fun and energy of Seaside, where you can enjoy an ice cream cone or fresh seafood while you people-watch or gaze at the sparkling sea.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $500 for up to two well-behaved animals. We also have a golf cart available for an additional $800/week fee.

This property does not include access to a community pool, but we have a spacious 1000 sq. ft. deck and private plunge pool.

Great Month in Seaside

We stayed for a month and enjoyed the house, location, and amenities. 5 min walk to the near private beach, a few mins to Seaside and other great restaurants, and Publix is very close. Pool is a great break from the beach. Highly recommended.

Spring Break 2023

Jessica was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions. The house was beautiful, well equipped, conveniently located, and comfortable. So nice to have access to the golf cart. The addition of the deck and plunge pool made our stay even better. We had a wonderful week!

I love making a house feel like a home and sharing it with others. I hope you enjoy your time in Santa Rosa Beach (and our home!) just as much as my family and I do.

Why they chose this property

Our home is in Seagrove off of Highway 395 in a small neighborhood of privately owned homes (not a gated HOA community). Seagrove is next to Watercolor and Seaside and about a 15 minute drive to Blue Mountain Beach as well as to Alys Beach in the other direction. There are tons of casual eateries and shopping as well as higher-end establishments nearby.

What makes this property unique

The Seagrove Star is our home for most of the year, which makes the place more cozy and charming than the corporate beach rentals. Guest often tell us feels like you're staying at a friend's house.
