Die Unterkunft war toll. Der Blick vom gemütlichen Balkon in der 5. Etage bis zur Ostsee war sehr schön. Meine Fragen wurden von Frau Riechelmann sofort und sehr freundlich geklärt. Die Wohnung war genau das Richtige für mich. Was mich genervt hat, waren die vielen für mich unnötigen Mails, mal von Travanto, mal von FeWo mit doppelten Infos über meine Vermieter und Anfragen und Hinweisen und Erinnerungen, z. B. wurde ich an den Termin meiner Restzahlung erinnert, obwohl diese schon erledigt war und von FeWo und Travanto angefragt, ob ich die Adresse meiner Vermieterin schon habe. Dann wurde mir noch eine Adresse für die Schlüsselübergabe mitgeteilt und im Endeffekt habe ich diese dann im Servicebüro Kellenhusen abgeholt und abgegeben. Diese Info habe ich von Frau Riechelmann erhalten. Ich wusste letztendlich nicht, wem ich antworten sollte.Das sollten Sie ändern, damit man als Feriengast vorher nicht mit unnötigen Mails genervt wird.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns definitiv wohl gefühlt

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns definitiv wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und der Ausblick ist ein Traum! Perfekt übrigens wenn Feuerwerk im Ort ist! :-) Dass sich die Wohnung in einem Hochhaus befindet, hat uns nicht gestört. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich nicht in der Wohnung sondern in einer Waschküche im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung ist zwar für 4 Personen ausgelegt, wir würden dies aber höchstens mit Kindern, nicht mit 4 Erwachsenen, empfehlen.
