Convenient yet Tranquil Stay

Eight of us stayed here for the labor day long weekend. We enjoyed the house. It is very well maintained. The kitchen is not the best but all necessary utensils, etc. are available. We are a little bit disappointed about the private beach - very small and not good sand. Also, you are expected to bring your own shampoo and body wash. But the location is very convenient and close to the town center, so it is not a big issue. Overall, it was a very delightful stay in this house.

Lovely large house

This property was well located just south of Main Street, Hyannis. Overall, it was a great house for our three-generation family of 10. The rooms were spacious and there were lots of amenities. The kids loved having their own 'wing' of the house upstairs, and also loved the game room. I think over 100 games of Pop-a-Shot were played. The kitchen was also large and well stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils we needed for family meals. The mini-split ACs with controls in each rooms was awesome, and the bathrooms were large with nice showers. The private beach, less than 500ft away, was small but nice at both high and low tide (very different as at low tide the water is way out there). It also had warmer water than the two lakes we visited! The house itself does show the signs of being 'just a rental,' as there was a bit of siding missing (resulting in lots of wind and rain noise in the upper large bedroom), and one of the beds was broken when we arrived (the frame was broken). However, Paul coordinated to have that fixed, and he was responsive to any and all questions I asked. Overall, I would recommend this property!

Family Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house looks like the pictures, the air conditioning works well, the outdoor shower is great after being at the beach, and the beach is a very short walk. The beach chairs, towels and buggy were nice to have to go to and from the beach. The bedrooms are spacious and worked great for our family and guests. The main living area is also spacious and was great for hanging out. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach House

A nice large house for a big family. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen has plenty of space for multiple people to help prepare food. Close to a private beach where tidal pools can be explored by all ages and next to Veteran’s beach which has a lifeguard monitored swimming area. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful despite being very close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Hyannis. Our family had a very good stay at this house.
