Having lived in the Great Plains of Kansas for the majority of my childhood I am now proud to call myself a Texan. I have resided in the San Antonio area now for 10+ years. I can tell you SA is one of the most unique places to visit. Growing up I saw how much my family loved hosting family and friends at our house which gave the the desire to want to do the same. I look forward to making sure guests have an amazing experience that will make them want to come back.

Our priority is to make sure our property lives up to its name: Modern Nature. Upon arriving you will notice the modern design including the natural lighting that hits the inside of the home throughout the exotic windows. Each part of Modern Nature will be filled with natural vibes with its Boho design and lively plants found all throughout. You will not be disappointed staying at one of the most modern rental properties found throughout downtown San Antonio, just minutes away from all attractions.
Modern Nature is a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home. The master suite will have a king sized bed and private balcony area that will be tempt you to go out on and enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee each day. The second bedroom will have a queen sized bed and desk used for those who choose to work from home during their long term stay. The 3rd bedroom is an open area bedroom with a beautiful large window looking out onto the street. The bedroom will have a two full/twin sized bunk beds that fits a total of 6 people. Each bathroom has motion sensor lighting which adds an extra touch of enhanced technology.
The property is designed for any sort of stay. With various amenities including a full kitchen, fully fenced in backyard, ping pong table, outdoor patio and balcony, Adirondack chair set with fire pit, fast speed wifi, and much much more. Enjoy the privacy around a quiet neighborhood with an empty lot right next door that can be used as a park!
