Great 4 day work stay. Very convenient to get to my meetings in downtown and East Austin. Loved the proximity to the trails for my morning/evening runs. The noise from the freeway at night could be an issue for some but it wasn’t for me.

A must stay! Loved it!

I cannot rave enough about this place! It was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in and had every amenity you could imagine and more. The views are breathtaking. The pool was cool a refreshing after a hot day. The clubhouse and workout facilities top notch. The bed was soft as a cloud! Seriously, a must stay and we will definitely be back!

The location was ideal for exploring Austin as a recent college graduate. Upon checking in, I noticed some vomit in the bathroom. Although management cleaned it up, they did not offer any discount or late checkout for my inconvenience.

Painting Getaway

I live just around the corner, but was having my condo painted. That meant we needed a place to stay while the painters worked and let the paint fumes dissipate. I also had to maintain my workout schedule and work overnights. Staying here made life very comfortable and maintain routine. Such a great stay!

Great Stay

Thank you for the stay at your home. Everything was as we expected. The location of the building was a five minute walk to rainy street and a 20 min walk to downtown or a five min car ride to downtown. We had everything we needed for our stay. The front desk was able to keep our bags prior to our check in time which was very helpful. The views from the apartment were incredible. Having a washer and dryer was so great. Cafe shop in the front lobby was clutch for those early mornings.

You'll Enjoy The Building But There Might Be Better Unit Choices

We've stayed multiple times in Natiivo. We know what to expect. Location is good, amenities are very good. The units are spacious. Cleaning was very good. The downsides is this unit has no soul. Zero effort into personalizing it - maybe one piece of art. Zero drawers for storage -just a few hangars. Pillows are very thick - quite uncomfortable. There was a rotten egg smell in the unit everytime we used the bathroom sink. It's still a nice enough unit, but there are better.

Beautiful Unit!

I absolutely loved my unit!!! It was spacious and nicely decorated. I loved the outstanding view and the buildings amenities. Here is the feedback I’d give regarding this specific unit (not deal breakers, but something to be mindful of): When I arrived, I was greeted by an interesting smell. I could not track where it came from. I bought some Mrs. Meyers lavender multi surface cleaner and tried wiping down surfaces and spot cleaning parts of the wood floor in hopes of getting rid of the smell. The smell was concealed for a little. I noticed there were small black gnat like bugs in the bathroom. I had no clue where they came from. There were large crickets made their way into the unit (I’m thinking from the patio when I opened the door). Also, there weren’t any dryer sheets available for the laundry I did. If the host could address the things mentioned above, I would absolutely rent this unit again!
