The condo was clean, the a/c worked great. We're not use to the humidity! Helen was easy to communicate with. Its in a great location, easy to walk to many restaurant's and shops.

Excellent Stay

Property was as advertised, clean, and conveniently located near many restaurants. Check in process was easy. Had one question for the host the day we got there and the hist replied within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic spot in a great area!

I really liked the property and the location. It was really close to everything I needed - restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc... There's a nice pool onsite that the back patio of the property overlooks. The place was really clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town.

A total gem

This was the most wonderful apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was so much nicer than we even expected. Such a simple process for check in and in a great area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great little apartment in a great location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed the pool, the secured parking area for our rental car, and we loved that it was in easy walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

We had a great trip! Very clean and nice unit in East Austin. We walked to some great spots to include Lady Bird Lake, The White Horse, and breweries. Great communication. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location & Building

Awesome stay here. The apt was super clean and modern. Very conveniently located to downtown Austin. Bird/Lime scooters were always parked out front and it was a quick 5-7 min scooter ride to the convention center on a long, straight, well maintained bike lane. Highly recommended.

Weekend getaway

This was a great place to stay for a weekend in Austin! The apartment was very clean, stylish and convenient and the attached parking garage was secure and roomy. Check-in was smooth and the hosts messaged me to make sure we arrived okay! The neighborhood had lots of restaurants, bars and cafes within a short walk. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Apartment was close to the action and walking distance was key. The key pads to the building were wonking but there’s two entrances. Bed was comfortable. Will book again when in town visiting friends.

Great visit to Austin!

Very clean, stocked with many thoughtful touches, such as detergent for the washing machine, and the dishwasher. Towels were large and absorbent. Pool was delightful and right outside the door just as depicted.

Pretty good location, nice apartment

This is a great location if you will be mostly in that area of town or have a car (there is parking). I also found it convenient enough for downtown where my activities were, and I used a bus pass which was pretty easy. The neighborhood itself has a lot to do and some nice shops and venues. The apartment was clean, had good storage, a nice bathroom and kitchen, and had several amenities. I would definitely consider again.

This is a lovely one bedroom in a great location. Light filled and comfortable. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. Nearby grocery and other helpful retail. The building is not well marked so would suggest you add some descriptors to the check in info, that was my only challenge

Wow! What an amazing property.

My overall experience was fantastic. Cute, cozy, condo, and very clean walking distance to amazing downtown. My favorite place to grab breakfast was the corner Café one block away. The host provided excellent customer service, and was extremely helpful upon check-in. Unfortunately, there was some discrepancies accessing the building, but the host came to our rescue promptly. I give this property a 10 out of 10 and will be looking forward to staying here again.

Nice clean condo

I felt so safe at this property. The parking area was great with a gated area for the cars and designated parking space. The kitchen area was great with any spices you need. Just know that you only need to scan the fob in order to enter the main door by the elevator. I kept trying to type in the door code, but that is for the apartment door. The building is in a great location, so close to the city at a good price. I would stay here again.
