Whether you're a shopaholic, sports enthusiast, or simply seeking a relaxing getaway, our property is the perfect base for your Austin adventures.

This space features 1 bedroom and bathroom, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 2 guests. Wake up gently as gorgeous natural light streams in through the French doors. Step outside to your personal backyard space, where you can relax on the patio and soak up the Texas sun. It's the perfect spot to recharge or enjoy a spectacular view of the colorful “Violet Crown” Austin sunset.

This room includes:

- 4K TV with access to all streaming platforms (subscriptions required)
- Lightning-fast fiber internet (1gig), allowing you to work, stream, and stay in touch with ease
- Standing work station

The private bed/bath, fenced in patio, and separate entrance are all yours - we have the rest of the house/backyard. Please note that we have 2 young children so you may hear occasional noise.

Street parking in front of the house is available, but we kindly ask you to keep the driveway clear as we will be doing school/daycare drop-offs by 7am.

The room was great as two women who were going to the Bésame Mucho Festival. Had everything we needed for the little time we were actually in the room. It’s very modern, the bed is very comfortable and it was a great stay overall!

Accommodation for Internship

The property had everything I needed. I was in town for an internship with Austin FC (hence the choice in location). Sean as a host was very responsive and supportive. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for accommodation in the Harris Ridge area.

Austin visit

Room & bath were delightful. Room was too warm, without control of a thermostat. Had to keep the door open at night. Need to put pavers in from sidewalk to back gate. Entering the door at the back was very wet because it was raining, which is why we gave 4 stars.

Good stay

The check in was easy, the space was very aesthetically pleasing and clean! One of the light bulbs went out during the stay but no big deal. Only constructive feedback would be to add a better sound strip under the connecting door, as guests can hear everything on the other side (talking, sneezing, etc.). My husband and I didn’t mind because we have kids but it could potentially bother future guests.

Just what I needed during my 4 day stay in Austin! Very clean & uncluttered. King size bed was very comfortable. There's a great walk-in shower, double sink vanity, plush towels, ample walk-in closet. Efficient counter/drawers in the bedroom/studio space with microwave & Keurig, Wi-fi and energy efficient lighting. The entry door to this room is at the back of the house through a privacy fence. The only drawback I can note is that there's no walkway from the sidewalk along side the house to the gate. It would have been helpful if there was a smooth path or pavers to walk on as the grassy ground was a bit uneven and tricky to maneuver at night.

My family and I moved to Austin in 2022 after almost a decade in NYC. We went from a 650 sq ft 1-bedroom in Brooklyn to more space than we know what to do with in Texas! Though we miss the New York pizza, we're so thrilled to be in a vibrant and family-friendly city like Austin.

We're seasoned travelers and first time hosts, so our goal is to provide the same thoughtful accommodations we'd expect on any of our adventures. Hope to see you soon!

At the end of our street is a playground and basketball court. A short walk across the main road is the Austin FC training facility and The Pitch, an entertainment complex with a bar, restaurants, a pickleball court, and soccer watching parties.

If nature is your thing, stroll through nearby Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park, offering scenic trails, picnic areas, and a swimming pool. You can also relax by the water or go fishing at Lake Pflugerville, a nearby reservoir with beautiful views.

Venture a short distance to The Domain, a premier mixed-use development featuring high-end shops, trendy boutiques, and an array of dining options. Experience upscale shopping, indulge in gourmet cuisine, or enjoy a night out at one of the stylish bars or entertainment venues.
