Fantastic except for the highway.

The unit was absolutely perfect! It was just as nice as it looked in the photos. Our only issue was the highway. If you don’t mind highway noise this place is perfect. The bridge added a few minutes to getting out of the area but not a big draw back.

We enjoyed our relaxing Labor Day Weekend. There was plenty of room for six adults. This is a great location if you would like to go out on the casino boat. It is minutes away. If you plan to cook, you'll need to bring cooking utensils like spatulas, food turners, and serving utensils. There wasn't any spoons for eating meals. The shower wasn't as clean as expected and we needed to clean it before bathing. Overall it was a great experience.

This place was fabulous. Very friendly staff, rooms were extremely clean, lots to do and see close by. For years we have stayed in Garden City, so we decided to try something different. Plenty of entertainment close by with many restaurants to sample. We definitely will be back!

Spacious. Well furnished with a great view of the marina. Went Labor Day weekend and it was pretty quiet, plenty of parking and hardly anyone in the pool. This is an end unit so no foot traffic or elevator noise. Some highway or road noise from loud motorcycles with loud music, but it’s MB… bring a fan or noise machine if that bothers you. Also learn the routes in and out that don’t go across the draw bridge!

Definitely will stay again!

A well appointed condo, very clean. It was perfect for our family group of seven. I would have scored it a perfect five stars except that one of the nightstands had cookies in a drawer from a previous occupant. The view of the marina from the balcony was very nice, and we met a few very friendly folks and their sweet pets.

Loved the time spent with family @ this beautiful waterfront condo. Very clean & lots of space. The front desk staff was not welcoming but they were pretty busy at check in time & we didn't need their assistance for our stay. I would suggest to anyone considering this rental to bring your own buggy for luggage since luggage carts were scarce. Also, they do strictly enforce the smoking/vaping policy on the balcony & at pool/hot tub areas.
