Modern second floor condo in a 3 unit building just 1 mile from historic downtown Ellsworth and just 20 minuets to Mount Desert Island where Acadia National Park is located.

We offer high speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with a house Netflix account. The kitchen is well stocked to eat in if you choose.
Both of the two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and plenty of space.

Right off the living room is a covered deck area to relax outside!

I liked the spacious, comfortable setup of this condo. Everything was attractive and clean. All appliances and the tv worked. The two bedrooms were roomy with nice closets, the dining area was appreciated, and the tv area had two couches. Thanks, hosts. Our stay was great.

Everything you need!

We really enjoyed derricks property! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great, quiet and off the main drag while close to shopping and a short drive to Acadia. I would highly recommend for anyone for any length of stay.

This two bedroom unit was on the second floor of the building and had a nice deck to sit and look out and relax. The owner communicated with us well and check in and out went easily. It was a very clean unit with comfort and function in mind. It was about a 30 min. drive to Acadia National Park. We also enjoyed the Maine Lumberjack Show nearby, as well as Momo’s Cheesecakes just up the road a bit. Thanks for the great stay.

Great directions to the unit and was easy to get in. There were people in the other units but we didn’t hear any noise from them. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped. Reasonable distance to Acadia.

Fantastic!

Gold stars to the decorator and collector of furniture. This is a welcoming place. Easy to find. Marvelous location - just outside of Ellsworth center. On a busy road but set back enough so it was quiet at night. The lights were on inside as well as outside which was a big help as we arrived after dark. Everything seemed fresh and new - lots of space for two adults. Large bathroom. We had hiked in mud and rain so the washer and dryer were very convenient. Complete kitchen that we didn't use. I could really move right into this condo.
