Escape to luscious James Island and have the best of both worlds! This lovely bungalow is 4 miles to downtown Charleston and 6 miles from Folly Beach! Visit Bowens Island for famous views, kayaking, and a historic seafood restaurant or rendezvous downtown and enjoy world-class dining and historic sites! Give your body and mind the R and R it deserves.

The house is perfect for families or groups of 6. We sleep 6 comfortably in beds. The house can accommodate 8 with 2 people on an air mattress

The backyard is large and fenced in for your furry four-legged friends.

Please NOTE: There is an additional Pet fee. We will send the pet fee request separately after you book. :)

The yard is also big enough for BOAT parking.

There is a Pack n Play available in the Master bedroom closet.

We had a wonderful week in Charleston! The Billfish Bungalow was perfect for our family, including our fur baby. The rooms were very clean, beds were very comfy and each had a fan, which was nice. The living space was the perfect size, and backyard was super cute and nicely fenced in. The kitchen is still missing a teapot ;) but everything else one needed to cook meals was there! Would definitely stay again!

Loved the house and the neighborhood. The yard was a wonderful bonus. Neighbors were very friendly so a great place to walk and talk. And very accessible to downtown Charleston and Johns Island. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s perfect when traveling with a pet with the big fenced backyard. It’s located conveniently between Folly Beach and downtown Charleston so we didn’t need to drive far to explore the general area. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed 6 nights. Located 15 minutes to Folly Beach and 10 minutes to Charleston downtown. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is small but adequate. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Went for morning walks. Kitchen was adequate for our needs. Nice living room setup for watching TV. Great communication with owners. Would definitely stay here again.
