The place is very well supplied and there was ample supplies for everything you would need. A couple notes to know: there are a lot of stairs here at the property. And being downtown Dubuque, you can hear the train in distance but it wasn't loud enough to keep us or our young kids awake. Excellent nearby access to restaurants, Mississippi River Museum, and not far from the Farmer's market! Really enjoyed the whole experience!

Very interesting and comfortable stay

This house was great to stay in with all the basic necessities. It is within walking distance of all the great downtown locations and the riverfront, but the neighborhood is not too noisy or rowdy at all.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was spotless! Goid location, just a real great stay. More stairs than I expected which was fine for us, but a few stairs. Thank you for the great stay.

Enjoyed staying in this historical house. The upstairs shower curtain fell and needs to be more secure. Suggest providing non-flavored coffee for us purists, but overall the property lived up to its listing.

Excellent stay

The place is scrupulously clean, spacious and well appointed. Check in process and communication was fast and easy. The townhouse is in an older, historic section of the city which means we could walk to cafes, restaurants, and museums. I’d absolutely stay again.

Downtown Dubuque

This was a very good location to stay and see things in both Dubuque and Galena. We did some things but due to weather and time of year, we were unable to see some of the local sights.

Excellent stay! Very clean with a nice functional kitchen, family room and living room. Beds were nice, plenty of pillows/covers. Nice Wifi - tv worked immediately (somewhat rare). Only minor issue was the Keys-they are @ backdoor lockbox-difficult to see @ night, plus no address @back-difficult to know which one is correct house. Recommend simple keypadlock for Front door as much easier to load from front door vs rear door. But thx for GREAT stay!
