This vacation home is located in the small village Loborika, near Pula and can accommodate up to six people. This charming and newly built vacation home is an ideal choice for all ages - whether families with children, couples or a group of friends. The interior of the house is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. Enjoy the outdoor area with its private pool, sun terrace and beautifully landscaped garden. The little ones can play on the trampoline. In the outdoor area there is a covered terrace where you can prepare your favorite barbecue dishes. Do not hesitate and book your vacation for this villa immediately and spend beautiful and pleasant moments in Istria!

Schöne Zeit

wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Kontakt war super und sehr angenehm- auf englisch! flexibler check in und out. was mit kind und anreise über nacht sehr viel wert war ! uns wurde immer weitergeholfen und Zubehör verschafft (babybett und sitz etc). Haus und Außenanlage richtig toll, besonders für Kinder wurde im OG ein eck mit Spielsachen aufgestellt. Da es etwas außerhalb war, konnte man aber trotzdem in ca 20min mit auto überall hinkommen, wo wir wollten. Gegend war weitgehend ruhig. Im Ort gab es auch einen kleinen Spielplatz und ein Restaurant ebenfalls mit Spielplatz + kleiner emma Laden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen wieder :)

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Kroatien ist ein wunderschönes Land mit sehr netten Menschen. unser Erholungsfaktor ist sehr hoch. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100% weiter. Ein so sauberes, mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, Platz für alle. Die Lage in einem Vorort von Pula hat den Vorteil das es sehr ruhig ist, und zentral. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus nebenan, was zu keiner Zeit gestört hat.
