RELAXATION

The cottage was adorable it was QUIET yet a PERFECT location !! Checking in was very easy !! We had EVERYTHING necessary all we had to do was unpack our bags and enjoy !! The cottage was decorated with thought and from the heart !! Great outdoor shower !! Came home rested and re-charged !!

Wonderful Cape Vacation

Denise and Bob were gracious and attentive hosts. The house and property were very clean and the house provided everything you could possibly need. We are a family of 4 with young children and everything was a short distance! Highly recommend and we will be back!

Really cute cottage

Exactly like discribed! Cute and perfect for a family of 4. Near restaurants and beaches. Has everything you need except washer and dryer. Super welcoming hosts.

Amazing Stay!

Myself and two teens, 14 and 13, stayed for one week this July. The space was perfect for us. The house was clean and comfortable. The patio area was clean and nice to sit outside at night. The location was great. We were able to walk to different ice cream shops, restaurants and beaches. Felt very safe and the kids would walk to our friends a few streets away at night alone with no issues or concerns. Anything we needed was provided. Especially beach stuff. Not having to pack beach chairs, umbrellas, cart etc. makes a huge difference. Best of all was the helpfulness. From the minute we got there and needed to check in, the tour of the property and after we checked out (forgot some items!), Denise was extremely helpful. Lots of good information regarding things to do in the house as well. We will definitely try and book here again if we travel to the Cape again!

Love this spot!

I loved this cute little getaway! It was the perfect size for two and it was SO cozy, decorated adorably and the AC was phenomenal. Denise was EXTREMELY easy to communicate with and responded almost immediately! The location was perfect and the Sailing Cow Cafe had awesome bloody mary's! The outdoor patio was a dream to hang out by and enjoy!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of the location!! Although the outdoor space has a picnic table, gas grill, outdoor shower, and some chairs for guests (along with some fencing for added privacy), that's really not the best part of staying at Beach Grass Cottage! It's the location! So many places you can walk to all within a half mile...including the beach (with beach cart you can use for transporting beach gear)!! Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Sailing Cow is right across from the beach. The cottage is on a road that is convenient to a lot of things (and can get busy for that reason) and lined with sidewalks - you can walk to The DogHouse, Joey's Pizzeria, The Cleat and Anchor Restaurant, Chapin's Fish & Chips and Beach Bar, Southside Cantina (Mexican), What's the Scoop Ice Cream, Susan's Garden Mini Golf (very small), Wolfies, FInders Keepers Antique Store, The Beach Shack at Chase's Landing (souvenirs), and Bandera's Market & Deli. For downtown/Main St areas - Dennis Port is about a mile away and Harwich Port is about 3.4 miles. The bike path entrance/parking is about 2.5 miles. Kayak rentals are about a mile away.

What makes this property unique

Not many Cape Cod Vacation Rentals are in such a walkable location!! Put your name on the wait list at Chapin's and wait at the house to be called. Kids are getting antsy? Give them some $ to walk down the street to get an ice cream cone. Take an evening stroll to the beach. Want to jump in the car and do a little more exploring on the Cape? You are in the perfect, central location to see it all!!
