Outside, your private backyard oasis is ready for relaxation with a gas grill, patio furniture, and an enclosed outdoor shower—a true Cape Cod tradition. This seaside retreat also includes WiFi, a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and Keurig for added convenience. A three-night minimum stay is available with an added cleaning fee, while stays of seven nights or more include the cleaning fee. A non-refundable $250 fee covers administrative costs and a damage waiver assurance. Linens are not provided, but guests may bring their own or rent them for added ease. First Family Vacation

We loved this house. Perfect location to walk to the beach every day, and so close to everything else we needed too! (SUNDAE SCHOOL is at the corner of the street, can't beat that!) We would love to stay here again.

The House with the Red Door

This was a very clean house with plenty of dishes, utensils pots and pans. It’s in a great walking location to the beach, snack bar and a fancy restaurant at the end of the street.

89 Sea St Dennis Port

Good amount of utensils in the kitchen. Toilet paper roll holder is not secure. A roll wound up in the toilet, when my son pulled at the wrong angle. Didn’t use it after that Twin bed is not comfortable, it slants Like the screened in porch. May want to secure the garbage container consistent with the recycling container, animals got into it overnight. Need to oil the incredibly loud squeaking door.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage Really needs updating! Uncomfortable furniture and it needs new beds. Windows would not say open also.
