This is a new listing but our 2nd time as homeowners on the Cape after owning a home in Dennis for over 10 years with over 100 5-star reviews. This charming 3-bedroom 1,200 square foot 1 1/2 bath house is perfect for your Cape escape to Hyannis! Can I say FABULOUS location to all of the beautiful beaches nearby?! We are 6-10 minutes by car to amazing beautiful beaches from the house!

3 Night Minimum Stay in off-season months of May, June, Sept., Oct, Nov. and December. 7 Night Minimum Stay in July and August (Saturday to Saturday). Check in is available in June for any night of the week until the last Saturday of June which starts a 7 night minimum. House available through fall/winter months. Please inquire about rates.

This home just feels like the beach with its' blues and cream colored beach vibes in every corner of the house! Inside, guests will find 3 bedrooms (1st flr. Queen master) & 2 other BR's (a queen and 2 twins) upstairs offering plenty of space for everyone in a pretty, serene & nautical feel throughout. The two bathrooms include a bathtub/shower on 1st flr. & a half bath upstairs. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, you'll enjoy this cozy and comfy home to unwind and create lasting memories. Kitchen newly renovated w/ quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, open to a lovely 6 person dining room with unique oyster chandelier. Hardwood floors throughout.

Living space is comfortable with a bright picture window w/ lots of light and features a 65 inch Smart TV where you can enjoy streaming your fave shows. The Master BR downstairs is next to the main bathroom & features a Queen bed, while the other bedrooms (1 queen & (2) twins) are located upstairs . There's a half bath in between the two bedrooms w/ toilet/sink and both BR's have Smart TV's as well. Washer/dryer provided downstairs for your use. All linens provided including sheets, towels, beach towels, beach accessories, 6 bikes, games and a nice firepit to enjoy summer nights toasting marshmallows & making s'mores by the fire. Outdoor shower & fabulous deck out back to enjoy a glass of wine, grill out, relax, dine el fresco or sit at our picnic table in the backyard & play yard games. AC & heat throughout.

Our home is just a short drive to the Melody Tent, grocery stores, pharmacy, bakeries, Margaritaville Resort w/ waterpark, Trader Joe's, the Cape Cod Hospital, pizza, liquor stores, fish markets, butchery, the Cape Cod Mall, movie theater, downtown historic Main Street in the village of Hyannis, JFK Museum, the Kennedy compound, ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket and just a short drive to the charming towns of Centerville and Osterville which we love. You will have many charming beach options to choose from in a 5-10 minute drive from the house. This house is in Mid-Cape making it easy to navigate all of the amazing towns that Cape Cod has to offer.
