On this leafy piece of property dappled with the shade of mature trees, you'll be close to beautiful beaches, golf courses, charming villages, even the Cape Cod Rail Trail a few blocks up the road. Spend your days swimming in Nantucket Sound at Sea Street and Haigis Beaches (three miles), cheering on the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox at Red Wilson Field (three miles), and taking day trips across the Cape with easy access to Routes 6 and 28. With its large windows and soft, neutral color palette, this home is a bright, relaxing respite after a day spent out in the sun.



There's a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals as a family, an assortment of board games to set up at the dining room table after dinner, and a 43-inch smart TV in the living room for movie nights. And while you won't have a washer/dryer here, complimentary WiFi is provided for your entertainment. The house is equipped with one portable AC unit, and fans for the bedrooms.

Good size place for our family in a great location! Had all the essentials we needed and wanted. The toaster was broken and was replaced after a quick message. Portable A/C unit is located in the dining room, so relied on two standing fans (provided in bedrooms) at night for circulation and cooling.

Quaint Place

The property was very cute, location was decent as well. Only downside was no air conditioning, we were fortunate with it not being as hot as it could be for summer temps, however had it been any warmer it would have been slightly uncomfortable. The house was clean and well kept.

Beautiful Hidden Treasure!

Great! Comfortable. We loved how everything is so close by. Great restaurants, beaches are a few minutes away. Marshalls, gas station , grocery stores all close by! Neighbors are friendly. A treasured find for sure. You will choose every summer to book her. We already have our next dates picked. Lovely home!

Charming cottage, but uncomfortably hot

Nicely upgraded, except for AC, no washer or dryer. The AC is probably not an issue in cooler months. Leaving windows open all the time is not the safest plan, especially with the Vacassa sign out front.
