Enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer while staying at this charming two bedroom cottage just a five minute walk to a beautiful private beach.

Head to toe renovation and exterior landscaping completed in 2020. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, a refreshed bath with new vanity, fixtures and mirror and new furnishings throughout. Mattresses replaced August 2022. Spacious living area has plenty of seating and a pull out couch. Enjoy breakfast in cozy dining area.

Easy access to restaurants, shopping and activities.

Amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, dishwasher, single cup coffee maker, brand new gas grill, beach chairs and a fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect Getaway

Buyer Beware

We arrived to find no working internet and no hot water. I texted Meghan and after a consult with an Xfinity tech we resolved the problem. Around 10 our first night I discovered there was no hot water. We were a bit put out by then so we decided to leave in the morning. I texted Meghan at 7 am about the problem but we found a place around the corner so we left. Meghan claims a plumber arrived around 10 to assess the situation. At that point they were in clear violation of the lease terms and we requested a refund for our 3 nights, we received 1. On Sunday we realized we had left the heat on so we went back to the house and at that time the hot water was not fixed so in the owner’s view we should have stayed with no hot water. Additionally Meghan stopped communicating with me which I think was quite juvenile on her part. The house is fine, the owners not so much.

Annual family Cape trip

The cottage is cute and seems newly renovated. It's a short 5 min walk to the beach. We loved seeing the bunnies every morning that live in the bushes out front. We had a wonderful time. Jim

Both comfortable and comforting to be near beaches, especially the private one. Annoying barking dog every morning, but cute bunnies in the yard!

Great vacation

We had a very pleasant pre-season vacation on the Cape. The cottage was as advertised, very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We walked down to the private beach, and also enjoyed time at the West Dennis Beach.

Great base for exploring the cape

Wonderful stay here with our family for a beach vacation. Short walk to the beach, ice cream, and a few restaurants. Great base for exploring the cape— easy to get further down cape to National Seashore, easy drive to mini golf, Cuffy’s, and cape cod rail trail, and simple to get to bay side beaches for some variety. The shed fit our family’s bikes well so we didn’t need to keep them exposed all week. Host was super responsive to a question when we checked in. Only downside was no washer/dryer, but there were two laundromats close by with good hours.

Very beautiful redone cottage. Close walk to a private beach. Nice to have a gas grill to cook outside. Best suited for a small family due to size. Would definitely rent it again.

Perfect Week Away

My partner and I had a wonderful week in Dennis Port at Meghan's cottage. The house is wonderfully located just a stone's throw away from the uncrowded private beach. The interior is freshly renovated and clean. The outdoor grill and picnic table were a perfect means to wind down the day.

Perfect beach cottage!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous cottage! It was super clean, everything has been updated and is gorgeous, and the house had everything you could need. It’s walking distance from a small, private beach which is really convenient. Nice, quiet, dead end street and lots of restaurants and activities in the area. Communication with the host was very easy and timely. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location

Cottage was in an excellent location, just a few minute walk to the beach. It was clear that the property had been recently updated and it had a nice open layout. Listing was just as described. The only thing I was surprised to not see mentioned in the reviews was the beds. I usually don’t even think about the mattress quality because we have 18 month old twins and basically pass out at the end of the day, but these were noticeably in need of being replaced. Also there were no curtains on any bedroom window which only mattered to us because of nap time. Otherwise property was great and owner was very responsive!

Good Trip

Second year renting property and had a good stay. Arrived to a semi clean house - dirty headboard, had to run the dishwasher and the doors were dirty. Side of the house light was broken which made for difficult grilling at night. Upon further inspection the paint on the inside of the grill is peeling off and falling into food and the grill grates are all warped. Last year we had a tough time with the mattresses so we prepared with an air mattress which is a shame to have to use on vacation. We were hoping they would have been replaced - they are extremely uncomfortable. Overall a little disappointed with upkeep of the property but we made the best of it.

Perfect 4th of July!

I’ve been renting in Dennis Port for the last 5 years, and with all of the uncertainty 2020 has brought, this property was just what I needed! It’s on a quiet, dead end street, with the friendliest neighbors. The cottage is adorable! Although the outdoor space is on the side/front area of the yard, it still felt private. I had girlfriends visit, and we sat out there in the late afternoon and evening. The outdoor shower and gas grill worked very easily. The picnic table had an umbrella, and there were 5 Adirondack chairs to lounge on. The cottage is immaculate, and newly renovated. It’s perfect for a family of 4. There were small closets in each bedroom. The beds have clean mattress covers and pillows. There’s a shed with beach chairs, and other amenities, even though I did not use any of them. You have to bring the trash to the road by Monday morning, so it’s nearly full when you get there, but it wasn’t an issue. Now, as cute as the cottage is, the private beach is what makes this a perfect spot. I had no idea just how beautiful and convenient this beach would be. I crossed the road, followed the seashell path lined with hydrangea bushes, for about 2 minutes, and there was the sweetest, cleanest, private ocean-side beach. Each morning, I had it to MYSELF! This property was perfect, and the owner, Meghan, was easy to reach and very helpful. Thank you!
