Right in the middle of the Cape - Harwich is close to everything! This comfortable artist designed 2 bdrm home will be a great place to access all the Cape has to offer. Brand new central A/C to escape on those hot humid days. Comfortable new sofa. Newly painted, and new dishes, silverware, bedding, etc. Brand new washer/dryer on the first floor. Brand new grill with a searing feature. Very roomy well equipped kitchen with new appliances, and separate dining area. Clean as a whistle!! I do my own cleaning, so I know it's done right. This also means no extra cleaning fee for you! The bike path is nearby, and a short scenic ride past cranberry bogs and old style cottages takes you to a quiet warm fresh water beach on Seymour's Pond. Chatham is a 10 minute drive, Hyannis 15 minutes away, and the outer beaches about a 15 - 20 minute drive. Harwich center is close by, with all the amenities it has to offer - 2 great restaurants, convenience store, package store, and gas. Grocery stores just a 10 minute drive down the road. Bike rentals also available in Harwich center. Experienced host, I provide everything you will need!! All bedding, towels, beach towels & beach chairs provided. All beds are made when you arrive, and you can leave them as is when you go - just like in a hotel. Hair dryer, bottled liquid soap and shampoos also provided. No pets - no exceptions. No smoking in or out. No use of the fireplace - sorry. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions!

Lovely retreat

The house was exactly as described and was so clean! Aleta made everything easy and understandable. The house was a wonderful and relaxing home base for our time on the Cape! Quiet neighborhood and a great location to easily get to all of our favorite Cape Cod places!

Cape getaway

Took advantage of walking paths and beaches in several places on the National Seashore and Audubon Sanctuary in Welfleet. Enjoy two wonderful restaurants in the area.

A Quiet Retreat

Our stay in Harwich was for a couple days and it was a wonderful and stress free time. The hostess was one of the best, she was very friendly and informative! She provided a great amount of detail regarding the various features of the house before our arrival. Additionally, giving us detailed directions on getting there and which roads to lookout for. She could be easily reached via phone number and the Vrbo app. The home itself is quite cozy and warm. It has that Cape Cod feeling but with a hint of contemporary, with the rooms being decorated with beautiful artwork. There were little notes around the house that helped us find what we needed and how things are to be left which was very helpful. There were plenty of places to visit nearby and explore such as museums, parks and antique stores. Overall it was a great stay regardless of the rain that came our way. I would recommend this place for couples that wish to stay on the cape and explore the areas around.

Wonderful place to stay in Harwich, MA!

The property was even better than we expected - immaculate, comfortable beds and furniture, everything worked perfectly. The owner is amazingly considerate and wonderful to work with! We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Cape Cod quaint

Charming, comfortable, well equipped property in great location! Close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, the beaches of Nantucket Sound, Cape Cod Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean, restaurants, and shopping. Lovely furnishings and decor. We had a great stay!

I live here on Cape Cod, and I am a wildlife & floral artist. I have been renting to summer visitors for 15 years, both this house and another one I owned in Brewster, which I just sold. After 4 years of year round tenants, I am making this house available once again for summer visitors.

This is a safe and friendly neighborhood. Most of the residents live there year round, and are teachers, plumbers, bookeepers etc.

What makes this property unique

Very conveniently located, bright and comfortable. I furnished this house from the ground up - none of Grandpa's old recliners or 1960's -70's leftover furniture in here. As an artist, I am very visual. I made sure everything looks nice and creates a comfortable atmosphere for my guests.
