Coming for SUMMER 2026- kitchen renovation, new pictures will be put up as soon as it is complete! Also new for 2026, brand new outdoor shower, and a brand new Queen mattress in master bedroom, pictures to follow.

This is a year round home, it has 3 bedrooms with beds available to sleep 8- a great family home. Relax comfortably with the new central air installation completed in 2023 .Located just off Lower County Rd , it is walking distance to Glendon Rd Beach just 3/10ths of mile down a quiet street and a quick 5 min drive to West Dennis public beach. Enjoy the local restaurants with Chapin's Fish and Chips just a minute away or grab food at the Sailing Cow while relaxing at the beach located just across the street from the beach. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer- brand new in 2022, brand new full size dishwasher for summer 2026, new kitchen cabinets and quartzite countertops, updated appliances (pictures to follow), and 2 flat screen TV's, one with Xfinity cable, one with Roku streaming. Brand new in 2023 living room furniture offering plenty of comfortable seating. The bedrooms are a master bedroom with a queen bed (brand new mattress for summer 2026), 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed, a third bedroom with a bunk set and a single bed. There is 1 bathroom and an outdoor shower. BED SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL BUT CAN BE RENTED FROM A LOCAL VENDOR, blankets, pillows, beach towels, and bath towels are included but renter is responsible for all sheets and pillowcases. Please note renter is responsible for washing and drying towels for next guest before check out. There is a gas grill and for summer 2026 a brand new outdoor shower in the backyard (pictures to follow) . This home is well loved by the owner and is occupied by the owner in between rentals, families are welcome however we will not rent to students. Owner requests the home be left in the same condition as check in, a $300.00 security deposit is required and returned within 1 week of check out. One half rental will be required at booking, final balance and security deposit due 30 days prior to check in. All guests and tenants must be listed on the rental agreement. Thank you for considering , we are happy to answer any questions regarding this rental, please carefully review room pictures to ensure this rental will meet your needs and expectations. Summer season rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday, we will consider a 4-5 night summer rentals depending on dates, please message me for those requests.

Great vacation in Dennisport!

Enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Beach was small and crowded most days, about a 8 minute walk to the beach. House was quaint and worked well for us.

The house has clean and had all the comforts of home. House is centrally located so easy to get to most places. New living room furniture and central air was added this year. Beach down the road was great for an afternoon swim after a busy day on the cape.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time in Dennis Port. This property was a short walk to the beach (10 mins with a 4 year old and 2 year old in a stroller) and very close to many local restaurants - we really enjoyed the Sailing Cow and Woolfie’s. We especially loved the sectional/seating area in the living room, the outdoor shower and multiple sleeping options. The host was very communicative. Would recommend this property!

We stayed with another family (8 people total 4 children 7 and under) which fit us all comfortably with plenty of room. A 10 minute walk to the beach even for our little ones. The house was nice but much smaller than depicted. The beds were not very comfortable and it was a very noisy neighborhood. There was loud music coming from the motel on the first weekend and you could hear the neighbors talking in the house next door. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Overall everything else was fine.

Pleasant stay in a perfect little Cape house

During our booking process we found out we were expecting and the hostess was so helpful about rearranging the date of our stay for us.Upon arrival to the house you can see it is well kept and updated (siding).The ample horseshoe parking area was most convenient.The house interior is well kept and clean.Well maintained Hardwoods and tiling floors and nicely painted and decorated walls.All appliances were in working order.All beds and bedroom furniture are functional and well kept - beautifully decorated.We had afew questions during our stay and the Hostess was obliging, polite, and quick to respond.I highly reccomend this location for your next vacation!

Family vacation

Stayed 4 nights at this property. 4 adults and 1 infant. This was my 8 months old granddaughters first vacation and we had a great time together. The cottage is 2/10th of a mile from Glendon rd beach and about 4/10 mile from Haigis rd beach we went to both. The cottage has a nice size living room and kitchen. All the bedrooms have window air conditioners and there is an air conditioner in the kitchen. There are several restaurants and small stores in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property.

Good Location and quite area, but there was a smell in the house

The house was dated but clean, the one big thing was the smell in the house. After 5 days of opening windows, the dining, kitchen and living room, was not so bad, but the bedrooms, were bad, especially the back room with the double bed. I am sorry to tell you this, but it turned me off the stay

Cute cottage perfect for a family vacation

We loved our stay at this cute little cottage. We’ve been going to Cape Cod for many years and have been in many rentals. This one impressed us with its nicely updated bathroom, spacious living room, and plenty of beds. We were a family of four adults and two children and the place never felt cramped. We loved having a washer and dryer right in the house and felt especially spoiled with a dishwasher. The kitchen table and outdoor table was large enough to fit our entire family for all our meals. The outdoor shower was convenient for rinsing off the sand at the end of the day. It was unseasonably hot when we were there and we appreciated the window AC units. We were able to walk to several places for meals, ice cream, or even an adult beverage or two. The beach is right at the end of the street and we all have the tan lines to prove it! We were grateful for the WiFi and cable tv on one of the rainy afternoons. So glad we found this little gem!
