79 Polly Fisk Lane, Dennis Port, MA is a charming vacation home in the heart of Cape Cod! The master has an on-suite bathroom, fireplace in the living room, large sunny eat-in kitchen with granite, tile floor and slider to a side deck with a step-down patio and updated outdoor living space. There is an outside shower to rejuvenate after a day at the beach, with central air! We are just a .5 mile to the popular South Village Beach next to Swan River Restaurant, and a 0.6 walk to beautiful Hagaas Beach next to Heritage Sands, and 1.1 miles to West Dennis Beach (our favorite)! We have a finished lower level with separate TV/Wii area, private sleeping quarters, foosball table and washer/dryer. Master has a flat screen with YouTubeTV, linens and towels provided, Internet Access, easy walk to Dunkin Donuts, Honey Dew Donuts, Kreme & Kone, the infamous new Cuffy's complex, and Chapin's Fish and Chips (a family favorite)! Includes two kayaks and life vests, and a bike rack. Please reach out with any questions!

Perfect Dennisport escape

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Meg was a gracious host. The house was beautiful and exactly what my family and I needed. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless and decorated in excellent taste. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed breakfast each morning on the side patio in the sunshine! The grill and fire pit were an added bonus which we enjoyed too. Will definitely be back again!

Great home

Meg and Jason’s home is a great place to stay . It was clean, cozy and in a great location. We enjoyed the outside deck and spent a lot of time relaxing.. There is a dishwasher, game room, washer and dryer. Close to lots of beaches, restaurants and stores.

Comfortable house

Vacation 2023

Great set up for vacationing with my husband, parents, and our two small children. Clean with great renovations, quiet neighborhood. Deck was used daily, one of my favorite places to enjoy after the beach and at dinner. Overall, perfect location for my family! My dad is very particular on where I’m Dennis Port he likes to stay :-). Many thanks for providing your home for our Cape 2023 family memories.

Great Cape vacation!

We were so happy to spend a week down the Cape at Meg’s family cape house. The location was perfect- a quick ride to beaches, food, ice cream- anything you could want. The neighborhood was nice for walking with our 1.5 year old son and we walked to the nearby beaches a few times. We had plenty of space in the house for our family of 3 and to have my parents join us. We loved eating every meal out on the deck, and the outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach. We would love to return again next year!

Perfect place for a girl’s trip!

This was my first vacation to the Cape and this house was the perfect place for me and my four girlfriends to stay! The house was exactly as advertised, very clean, centrally located, great outdoor space, everything worked and it had A/C for the hot days! Meg and her husband were wonderful to communicate with from the start of the week at check in and throughout when an unforeseen incident came up that is laughable now (a hawk dropped a rabbit on the house—it was a whole thing), and when checking out-very easy to work with. I would recommend them highly and am trying to convince my parents to plan a trip next year!

Great location, close to everything, especially the beach (a short bike ride away). Plenty of space for our teen, tween and 7 year old. The house has everything you’ll need including kayaks and an all important karaoke machine!

Great beach vacation!

We had a great time the weather couldn’t have been better! The house is centrally located, you can go to one the many Dennis beaches or as we did on several days drive to one of the National Seashore beaches. It was great having the central ac as it was very humid during our stay so it made sleeping comfortably. Overall our stay was fantastic & plan to go back next year!!

We had a wonderful relaxing family vacation. The cottage was clean, convenient and had all the space and amenities that we needed for our family of 5. It was a treat to be walkable to the beach and it was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the birds and enjoy the sun. So nice to have a washer/dryer. We feel confident that everyone would have been comfortable inside on a rainy day - not that we had one! There is nothing we wanted for :) Thank you for the happy memories!

Had a wonderful vacation! This house in a nice residential area with friendly neighbors but at the same time it is well located so getting to activities and attractions didn't take long at all. Best vacation home ever

German family with two kids (11, 13) visited the American part of the family and afterwards stayed a longish week on Cape Cod. We had a great time in the States and esp Cape Cod. We absolutely loved the house, it is very charming and comfortable. It is a vacation home for Meg and her family, which you directly can tell and was in immaculate condition when we arrived. The attention the detail and the very nice beach theme styling is great. Absolutely everything you might need is there which was great as we could not bring along much. OK, I would have liked one proper large frying pan. But otherwise we did not miss anything. It was great that we did not have to bring along beach towels, loved being able to use the beach chairs, the grill for barbecue was great and used every second day. Even candles and a water filter were provided. Due to tropical storm Hermine we had a few less nice days and came to appreciate how spacious the house is, esp the family area in the basement. Quite new washing machine and dryer were also very helpful. As mentioned in the other reviews, it is possible to walk to the beach and a few nearby restaurants. The house is in a very quiet street, the patio deck can be seen from the street. The garden/yard was a bit smaller as expected, but our kids are past that age anyway. It is a great vacation home for a family with kids of any age. And I would love to be able to come back very soon.

Perfect location for day trips around the cape.

Quiet neighborhood and so relaxing especially after a day of touring. We enjoyed sitting at the table outside for breakfast and dinner. The yard and the downstairs playroom would be perfect for children. Great ice cream, seafood markets, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The beaches are nice as well. Highly recommend for a great trip to Cape Cod!

Wonderful home; Great Location; Owner very helpful

This home has everything! We stayed at the peak of the summer heat and the air conditioning was a wonderful plus. The home is loaded with amenities. The finished basement allowed our boys to stay in a cool environment with beds, games, tv...all downstairs out of the way of the upstairs living area. The outdoor shower was perfect after a long day at the beach! Speaking of beaches, there were several beautiful beaches right around the corner from this home. Haigis Beach, West Dennis and South Village Beaches were great and only 5 minutes from the house. We biked to Sundae school for ice cream and Swan River restaurant for seafood. The location of this home is in the heart of the Cape...everything is close from shopping, dining, recreation and the neighborhood is quiet if you just want relaxation. The owners were very helpful and the home was in immaculate condition when we arrived. We enjoyed dinners and having morning coffee on the expansive patio deck. I would recommend this house for families with small and grown children as the three upstairs bedrooms and the beds available in the basement allows for extended family trips without feeling crowded at all. This home definitely deserves 5 stars! We will definitely stay here again when we travel back to the Cape!

Beautiful beach rental near everything!

We had a great vacation!! This house is very clean and homey, and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is near the beach, restaurants, mini golf, gift shops, and groceries.
