Circa 1790, located in rural Alloway Township, generations have known this historic landmark as the Col Jacob Hitchner house, with ties directly to our first president, George Washington. Enjoy the 2 acres of "Gods Country" landscaping. Gas log fire place. Two smart TV's. High end stainless steel appliances within a country kitchen. Three floor property. The second floor has 3 bedrooms the third floor has 3 bedrooms. Walk in shower near master bedroom. Full bath near the other guest rooms. Half bath on the first floor. Enjoy a 2 min car or 11min bike ride down to Bostwick lake to simply watch the sunrise have a picnic or go fishing.
